- Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has a plethora of unique Blades, but perhaps none are quite as unique Sheba! Unlike the rest of the Blades, Sheba can have her affinity chart unlocked through cold, hard cash. And, being an Ether Cannon, she packs quite a punch. Theoretically, you could have her reach Lv.5 the moment you bond with her!

I've 5 starred a town, so I can basically buy and then sell items back at the same price, so I buy and then sell gold cylinders back to unlock her affinity that involve selling and buying items at the same time really quick.

However, she's bloody powerful. A normal grenade launcher at max affinity with all female blades and cash collected during battle does 90,000+ damage. It's insane.
Thunder 55 she will be helpful in chapter 7.

I can't believe I went without ever doing a conscious combo in my first playthrough of the game story, its so frigging easy, and OP.
I'm replaying it now without New Game Plus given I lost my save data because my old Banned Hacked Switch's SD Card Lego Connector Broke. So I had to buy a new Switch its patched, so I can't transfer my saves even if I get them, but I can still play the games I own, so I figured it was time to start on Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again. I'm going through this now like a warm knife through warm butter after-all I have a nasty habit of farming core crystals, and money, so I'm a high ass level for the areas I go around even in new story mission areas, and I usually have good gear, so I can plow my way through, but with these combos any enemy that was even slightly hard is no more.
I don't know how to unlock lockpick 2 or was it 3
But a fun fact
Did you know that the opening dialoge of Sheba when you summon her from the core is that she says in japanese is: "Let's create a harem together!"
So yeah she swings both ways maybe and that gives her abilities more sense many related to girls!

In the warehouse, her chest doesn't appear until after you've bonded with her core crystal. So you need to save up an initial 600k gil to buy the core crystal and unlock the warehouse before you can invest in the chest in there. (Similarly, Boreal's food boxes aren't there until you bond with him.)
i finally saved 1.5 mill gold to get her. I had the space from boreas so I just need the 1.5 mill. im so happy I have her . was worth the long wait to do it all in one go. I have her on Zeke since rex can always use blades. and so far so good for a canon :)
Hey, great video series, I love these showcases. Got a quick question about Sheba though, do you know how much gold you need to collect to max out the Economicanimal buff? Is it really only 333g collected = 333% buff? Or have you found some formula or something pertaining to this? Just 333g sounds too easy, since a lot of gold bundles you pick up have over 1000g. Internet seems to be kinda vague on this, or maybe I'm just overthinking it :) Thanks.
By the way, the most benefits is attack canceling at the end of a basic attack combo; example Aegis and Ether Cannon are 3 attacks for their full combo, duo-claws and duo-scythes are 5 attacks for their full combo.
Blade Combo is only the thing when paired up with your team by the way, it is not canceling attacks and canceling driver arts, you are probably better with an AUX core that gives damage for 90% or higher health.

Do you have kos mos? or Herald (she pretty easy to get through sidequest)? I want to know best Ether cannon. Azami is out cause honestly she is very situational. Herald is super strong especially once you get max affinity in battle which is easy if you have 2 shoulder to shoulderV since they stack.
Xynithos I've been tearing through the main story using mainly Sheba, but I'll have to try stacking Shoulder to Shoulder and see how it goes!
I'm kinda struggling in chapter two, with the two blades boss fight( I forget their names). So is there any spots to farm xp?
FudgeKream Side quests are your best bet for gaining exp, as well as resting at inns to get bonus exp. Exploration really helps.
I assume you mean Praxis and Theory, if so don't worry, you can only complete that quest when if you get to the titan after the next one. If it isn't then sorry.
So... just from the AOE spam that's possible, I'd say she synchronises well with Dagas and Boreas against Mob spam.
I would honestly prefer telepathy lvl 4 or 5 on Sheba or any ether cannon since it has a high chance of triggering a blade art which is something you need on a ether cannon

would a movement heal v help sheba sine your moving alot and the boost in attack when hp is 90 or higher? and would crit heal sheba be good as well?
I dont have the materials needed to craft a blade combo boost. Where do you find fooling ivy?
Fastest way to make 1 million gold in about 1-2 hours is to have gold cylinders
Step 1: go to the salvage point near the warehouse and do it 10 times
Step 2: do the same off the salvage point on the ship that you had to get on in the beginning (forgot the name, maelstrom i think). Again 10 times and beware of level 23+ enemies. If you got a good team farm some exp too.
Step three: trade for the 20,000 or 12,000 salvage items and sell your boosters if you haven't gotten to the point to hold 25 yet.
Once its developed into 5 stars the cylinders are cheaper and if you have 5 stars in just about every town even indol there will be 30,000+ salvage trades available. So you can pay off the nopon or break the lock behind the warehouse. Also since your at the trade guild check whose favorite items are available and spam it still you max them out. Favorites give 12 affinity
Sean Piriyakul Nah it's far faster to use premium cylinders and you can get premiums earlier than golds AFAIK.
You just rest at an inn over and over until premiums appear in the salvage shop.

Plus the full 99 for them is 2 million + so gold is a good one to start with
I agree, this Blade is OPAF. COmbined with Herald and the itemthat boost ether damage I destroy monster that are 10 lvl + ahead of me.

BuzzedCohen you need to complete the wagon guard mercenary mission. You get that mission by having leftheria or Indo I’m not sure to lvl 4 in development
You get it once your in chapter 8 unfortunately same goes for gorg's pastry questline

Who do you recommend putting Sheba on? I'm about to buy her and I'm thinking of bonding her with Nia because I pulled KOS-MOS and Azami with Nia so I have the cannon specials leveled up a bit already. (well, level 2, so not that much)

I have a big problem buying the crystal but it gave me kasandra and Sheba did not show up that I did wrong? I need help I did the whole tutorial but a rare blade called kasandra appeared when I opened that crystal
DeuS767s you used the lucky core crystal, rather than the inherited core crystal
The inherited core crystal is what gives you Sheba, if you did the quest where you had to beat a giant fish by salvaging it first, that's where you get the lucky core crystal that summons Kassandra

Greetings fellow drivers, any advice about Nia having tanks? I know she is meant to be a healer but, the gachas are random. I also used up my early overdrive.....😂😭
Earendur Von Einzbern honestly just don't. Nia is by far the worst at tanking. Rex can work with most anything, zeke can tank with hammers, morag is best with katanas and finch

Marc-Min Strength comes from the affinity chart. Unlock stuff, besides affinity levels, and the strength goes up
Complete the titans scholar in uraya docks you’ll get them after you complete the quest to get the place unlocked then kill the vampire embroidered to get it also it helps to kill those two mini ones if you fall or make it fall which will make the cpu go down there

the deeds that increase speed are for travel speed.

Hobby store in Fonsa Myma increases speed when you get his deed. At least I think.

lel King Get Leftherian Archipelago Dev Lvl 5 and complete a Merc Mission for the Contract but you can't buy Tea from Fonsett until Half way through Chapter 9 (at the end of the game)

Who should I put her on...? I have a feeling I should put her on either Nia or Morag, considering they're females & Sheba gains more power depending on how many females are in battle anyway, soooo....
It all depends on what other random blade drops you got. If you've got as many usable female blades as possible on every character, it doesn't matter. If not, I'd put her on the driver who has the least female blades. Also, there aren't enough female drivers to have an all female party, so as long as you've got Nia and Morag permanently in your party, that part doesn't matter.

Bro you praised Sheba all video long and when it came down to it and you showed the fight vs that boss enemy it took ages to kill him, I took him down in half the time you did at lvl 38 my entire party (so lower level than you) with maybe 30% of the entire party and their blades affinities unlocked only, and just the basic blades they came with, no rares no nothing. You barely do any damage at all from what I see. Anyway, just my two cents. Great video otherwise.
