Some ideas for a What If: 1. What if Shadow was awakened early(Classic Era)? 2. What if the Chaos Emeralds were destroyed? 3. What if Maria survived and/or Gerald Robotnik died?

However, taking a closer look at the murals originating from the base were that trustful yet easily deceivable Edchina rests and develops his life, it came across messages implying previous research: movements that were recently performed at a human scale, and some prints that I can only assume were left by someone before me... If I properly triangulate these positions, I might be able to unleash a new danger to this readily available world... his destruction will be the bedrock that my endless industrial sprawl just needs!" A combination between SA Chaos plans and Shadow where Gerald wasnt as careful with his investigation and left some papers. Assuming Eggman only learns about his family after the Classic era ends.
I love this, seeing Shadow lead the black arms is both amazing and terrifying. I would love to see more of this, Shadow battling against the Mettarex or another alien race would be cool to see, as well as Shadow returning to Earth/Mobius. Since i’m sure Shadow is going to be called back eventually, I doubt Metal is just going to rust away and plenty of other villains exist in the Sonic universe that could fill the spot Eggman left behind.
@@thesegascourge I have an idea for a future video. What if Neo Metal Sonic won in Sonic Heroes?. After he defeats Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, he gets the Chaos Emeralds and becomes Chaos Metal Sonic (reference to Infinity Ultron).
Shadow up in here being a universal anti-hero with an army at his fingertips is actually a lot cooler than what we actually got from his character after SA2/Heroes/Shadow.
this...THIS RIGHT HERE is how you do Eggman he's more than just a mechanical genius but a psychological genius as well he's really really good at getting into people heads even if he is the one at the mercy of someone his words stick hard to anyone he speaks to I definitely like how he calls shadow the prisoner cause technically Eggman may be trapped there but he's used to being alone with his robots and he'll inevitably die freeing him from crippling loneliness with his own demise but shadow is immortal so he's stuck with being lonely and with not a single friendly sound for as long as he'll allow himself to handle and Eggman uses that nugget of knowledge to get into shadows head ABSOLUTE GENIUS WRITING MY LORD TheSegaScrouge does it again

I love the What If where Sonic loses his memory instead of Shadow. Especially seeing Shadow take control of the Black Arms without it going out of character, every bit of it was written so well. If you decide to make this an actual thing, you have my full support, Sega Scourge.

Ever since "What If Sonic Lost His Memory?" came to an end, I've really wanted to see a spinoff story about Black Shadow after the events of the What If? because I feel like it would have a lot of potential to be as great as all the others. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you were actually going to do this very thing and after watching it, I was absolutely not disappointed and I was kept on the edge of my seat. Much like all of your What If? videos, this pilot episode was amazing and the huge fan of Shadow that I am couldn't be happier with the result, not to mention that it was everything I expected and more. I'm already invested in this story and I would love to find out what happens next in Black Shadow's goal to eliminate evil and that strange alien ship. Please do continue it, Sega Scourge! 🖤❤
O.M.G! I'm totally getting Revelation F vibes! Revelation F is a audio story of what if frieza turned good by Masako. The continued story of that what if. Even though video hasn't started yet, I can already tell that this is going to be delicious🤩😋👌. And aslo Saga Scourage I finally finished putting down my idea of how Gamma can still survive his....injury? It is in the comments. The first one is, well as you can guess how Gamma can still survive his injury. It is in What If Sonic Lost His Memory Finale. "How long until there's another sonic? Or...another Maria?" The friggin yolks on this man. Held prisoner, not enough strength to move....and still a smug enough son of a bitch to press that button.. Also love that eggman called his assigned guards dico and bocco. Love those Sonic X references. Amazing work all around! The voices were near spot on, the Sfx were excellent. The art was amazing. I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more of this. Lastly, love egghead's little rant about how this "chaos can't be controlled." I feel like that was him being a little petty and underhandedly mocking Shadow's signature technique.
I can't get over how awesome of an idea Black Shadow is. It makes so much sense for his character and I absolutely love how he keeps the position out of feeling obliged to keep the black arms in check.

What if ideas: What if Sonic died in the capsule from SA2 ( and Tails became the new hero)?: In "Sonic Adventure 2" Sonic narrowly escapes an otherwise inescapable trap set by Dr. Eggman using chaos control to warp out of an exploding capsule, but what if he didn't and Sonic the Hedgehog was no more, how will his death affect his friends and foes and with Tails filling in some big shoes let by the blue blur how will he change from sidekick to hero? With that said please do this one as a *lot* of potential can happen here. What if Shadow was made with Mother Wisp's DNA instead of Black Doom? Thanks to Gerald Robotnik's inventions and Black Doom's blood Shadow the Hedgehog The Ultimate Lifeform was born, but what if instead of Black Doom the Mother Wisp offered to help Gerald instead, what would this new being be named, their powers, and more importantly their personality, how will this being's existence change everything? These ideas were in my head for a very long time (the last one someone else covered but not to the extent of this channel) and I'm glad to show them so please comment to show you've read this

Man this was so good! It's cool to see how all of this affects Shadow's mental state, as well as seeing Eggman still trying his hardest to mess with him. The way Shadow was acting in the first scene reminded me of Darth Vader a little bit. Spooky. That Metarex reveal at the end was pretty amazing as well. All the VA's were fantastic as well. I really thought that was Mike Pollock for a second! The artwork was superb as well. Overall, I'm really excited to see where this is going. Keep up the good work, Scourge!
This is a pretty cool sequel to Lost Memory. It's interesting to see how Shadow will develop further and find a new path in life after accomplishing his goals. Also, the art and voice acting... it's astounding.

"What if Sonic lost his memory?" was my intro to this channel and Shadow's solo game was my first Sonic game. "Black Shadow: Exodus" is my dream Sonic project. Sega Scourge is the best SonicTuber for my Sonic tastes.
I absolutely love this! Being one of my favorite Sonic What ifs, I'm looking forward to see more of this version of shadow and what this story may tell! Also shout out to BoyleVoices! That voice certainly fits with Eggman in his situation, simply being left to rot as his voice getting more gravely in a prison cell, i love it!

That’s awesome the Metarex are going to be involved since that is Dark Oak’s battleship that attacked the hive. I always had this head canon that the black arms were the aliens that were fighting Lucas/ Dark Oak and the seedrians, I kind of hope Cosmo will be a character in this spinoff I want her to come back to the sonic franchise soon or at least become playable in the sonic dash games
After that part in the finale of What if Sonic lost his memory. That one part when Shadow said he was leaving and gave an alarm to Sonic in case they ever need his help. I was thinking I wonder if he'll make a sequel to what Shadows doing in space or if showing an adventure of Sonic and towards the end he'll call Shadow for help. And here we are
This was well done! Like a couple have said, I got MasakoX's "Revelation F" vibes off this and I'm really excited on seeing how this turns out. Plus I did want to know about Shadow's mental state now being Black Shadow, so this definitely gives us a peek into it.
I love where this is heading. The voice work here is incredible too with how you all added your own spins on the voice of Shadow and Eggman to make them sound unique yet familiar and close. Eggman's stab at Shadow was very genius and fits his character so well to be getting inside of Shadow's head. This is the level of writing I wish the current games would have again personally. Just genuine characterization.

this is the shadow that we actually needed one that knows his place in the world but still doesn't give empathy to those who don't deserve it, and you did a much more well done "Shadow The Hedgehog" story than Sega did. Can't wait to see where you take the black blur and his black army next against what looks like another alien army and the black doom in his head.

Holy moly. That was SO COOL! The voice acting was spot on, and that dialogue was so well written! I swear Eggman has never been scarier. PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THIS!
That was insane, Shadow's Really going through it, Eggman is dropping facts despite him losing pounds and his left arm being deformed and unlovable now, and black doom is helping shadow warning him of danger through the hive mind, and then the Metarex ship, *The Metarex* this is gonna be even more insane in part 2, perhaps Shadow will have to run away with Eggman back to Sonic's world or earth using a fake emerald that he steals from the Metarex, having to leave his soldiers behind, finally having met his match, either way I can't wait for part 2. Also your Shadow voice is always so spot on.
@@joshuahecht6866 No if look at the image really closely from his shoulders and follow it all the way that hand you'll see it's completely stretched out and this correlates with Shadow saying it's a seat Eggman will be devoured by until his dieing day, that's also why he can't move cause the thing is holding that arm keeping him from moving.
@@joshuahecht6866 his arm is visually longer than humanly possible even if he's chained up by the thing it clearly stretched his arm making it permanently unusable and it's a smart thing because he's so smart they broke one of his arms so can't do any real science things and that's why he's just kinda excepted his fate, lost a bunch of pounds and has only one unusable arm, like his fingers are even stretched out and deformed on his left arm which from our perspective would be on our right.
This just reminded me of a What If scenario I thought up with Shadow. What if Shadow didn’t survive the fall? Aka What was supposed to happen. How would the series post-Adventure 2 play out if Shadow wasn’t around?
I’m assuming Sonic Heroes would be pretty much the same. Just, you know, without Shadow. The Black Arms invasion is where things get really crazy, since the title character isn’t around to help either side. Hopefully Sonic is immune to the paralysis gas in his super form, or things could be very bleak for Earth’s future… Silver might even need to get involved.
Heroes (which might as well just be reintroduced as SA3) would probably have the original six teams planned, meaning Metal Sonic wouldn't be the main villain. Maybe they could make a double twist by introducing a Metal Shadow. This also means there won't be Shadow Androids. Sonic and the Black Arms would probably introduce Silver as a new sort of friend/rival to Sonic. '06 might happen just with Mephiles taking the form of someone else and reaching basically the same conclusion. After that I think most games will be hardly changed even without Shadow, which is kind of sad when you think about it.
@@DarthMolgy Maybe you could even pull a superman-Terminator and have Silver be the descendants of one of the last native species to Mobius that was sent to a space colony far away from Earth to save it during the past after he grows up. A Blaze-like character that treats mobians as ancient civilizations of interest like they do with the echidnas could work as well.

(This actually goes back to an old theory that the one who attacked Cosmo’s planet and caused Dark oak to form the meterex was Black doom and had Sonic X continued we might have seen this had they adapted Shadow the hedgehog as episodes)

That alien ship is the Metarex Shop from Sonic X. Where the Metarex will reveal their origins and who is responsible for their ultimate turn to evil.
O.M.G! I'm totally getting Revelation F vibes! Revelation F is a audio story of what if frieza turned good by Masako. The continued story of that what if. Even though video hasn't started yet, I can already tell that this is going to be delicious🤩😋👌. And aslo Saga Scourage I finally finished putting down my idea of how Gamma can still survive his....injury? It is in the comments. The first one is, well as you can guess how Gamma can still survive his injury. It is in What If Sonic Lost His Memory Finale. I can't get over how awesome of an idea Black Shadow is. It makes so much sense for his character and I absolutely love how he keeps the position out of feeling obliged to keep the black arms in check.

What if ideas:
What if Sonic died in the capsule from SA2 ( and Tails became the new hero)?: In "Sonic Adventure 2" Sonic narrowly escapes an otherwise inescapable trap set by Dr. Eggman using chaos control to warp out of an exploding capsule, but what if he didn't and Sonic the Hedgehog was no more, how will his death affect his friends and foes and with Tails filling in some big shoes let by the blue blur how will he change from sidekick to hero? With that said please do this one as a *lot* of potential can happen here.
What if Shadow was made with Mother Wisp's DNA instead of Black Doom? Thanks to Gerald Robotnik's inventions and Black Doom's blood Shadow the Hedgehog The Ultimate Lifeform was born, but what if instead of Black Doom the Mother Wisp offered to help Gerald instead, what would this new being be named, their powers, and more importantly their personality, how will this being's existence change everything?
These ideas were in my head for a very long time (the last one someone else covered but not to the extent of this channel) and I'm glad to show them so please comment to show you've read this

Man this was so good! It's cool to see how all of this affects Shadow's mental state, as well as seeing Eggman still trying his hardest to mess with him. The way Shadow was acting in the first scene reminded me of Darth Vader a little bit. Spooky. That Metarex reveal at the end was pretty amazing as well. All the VA's were fantastic as well. I really thought that was Mike Pollock for a second! The artwork was superb as well. Overall, I'm really excited to see where this is going. Keep up the good work, Scourge!
This is a pretty cool sequel to Lost Memory. It's interesting to see how Shadow will develop further and find a new path in life after accomplishing his goals. Also, the art and voice acting... it's astounding.

That’s awesome the Metarex are going to be involved since that is Dark Oak’s battleship that attacked the hive. I always had this head canon that the black arms were the aliens that were fighting Lucas/ Dark Oak and the seedrians, I kind of hope Cosmo will be a character in this spinoff I want her to come back to the sonic franchise soon or at least become playable in the sonic dash games

After that part in the finale of What if Sonic lost his memory. That one part when Shadow said he was leaving and gave an alarm to Sonic in case they ever need his help. I was thinking I wonder if he'll make a sequel to what Shadows doing in space or if showing an adventure of Sonic and towards the end he'll call Shadow for help. And here we are
This was well done! Like a couple have said, I got MasakoX's "Revelation F" vibes off this and I'm really excited on seeing how this turns out. Plus I did want to know about Shadow's mental state now being Black Shadow, so this definitely gives us a peek into it.
I love where this is heading. The voice work here is incredible too with how you all added your own spins on the voice of Shadow and Eggman to make them sound unique yet familiar and close. Eggman's stab at Shadow was very genius and fits his character so well to be getting inside of Shadow's head. This is the level of writing I wish the current games would have again personally. Just genuine characterization.

this is the shadow that we actually needed one that knows his place in the world but still doesn't give empathy to those who don't deserve it, and you did a much more well done "Shadow The Hedgehog" story than Sega did. Can't wait to see where you take the black blur and his black army next against what looks like another alien army and the black doom in his head.
We need more of this, these kind of stories that have the characters and personalities fleshed out so well.

That was insane, Shadow's Really going through it, Eggman is dropping facts despite him losing pounds and his left arm being deformed and unlovable now, and black doom is helping shadow warning him of danger through the hive mind, and then the Metarex ship, *The Metarex* this is gonna be even more insane in part 2, perhaps Shadow will have to run away with Eggman back to Sonic's world or earth using a fake emerald that he steals from the Metarex, having to leave his soldiers behind, finally having met his match, either way I can't wait for part 2.
Also your Shadow voice is always so spot on.
I honk that both of Eggman’s body is fine as it is just an object he is grabbing in order to make himself feel powerful.
@@joshuahecht6866 No if look at the image really closely from his shoulders and follow it all the way that hand you'll see it's completely stretched out and this correlates with Shadow saying it's a seat Eggman will be devoured by until his dieing day, that's also why he can't move cause the thing is holding that arm keeping him from moving.

@@joshuahecht6866 his arm is visually longer than humanly possible even if he's chained up by the thing it clearly stretched his arm making it permanently unusable and it's a smart thing because he's so smart they broke one of his arms so can't do any real science things and that's why he's just kinda excepted his fate, lost a bunch of pounds and has only one unusable arm, like his fingers are even stretched out and deformed on his left arm which from our perspective would be on our right.

This just reminded me of a What If scenario I thought up with Shadow.
What if Shadow didn’t survive the fall? Aka What was supposed to happen. How would the series post-Adventure 2 play out if Shadow wasn’t around?
I’m assuming Sonic Heroes would be pretty much the same. Just, you know, without Shadow.
The Black Arms invasion is where things get really crazy, since the title character isn’t around to help either side. Hopefully Sonic is immune to the paralysis gas in his super form, or things could be very bleak for Earth’s future…
Silver might even need to get involved.
Heroes (which might as well just be reintroduced as SA3) would probably have the original six teams planned, meaning Metal Sonic wouldn't be the main villain. Maybe they could make a double twist by introducing a Metal Shadow. This also means there won't be Shadow Androids. Sonic and the Black Arms would probably introduce Silver as a new sort of friend/rival to Sonic. '06 might happen just with Mephiles taking the form of someone else and reaching basically the same conclusion. After that I think most games will be hardly changed even without Shadow, which is kind of sad when you think about it.
@@DarthMolgy Maybe you could even pull a superman-Terminator and have Silver be the descendants of one of the last native species to Mobius that was sent to a space colony far away from Earth to save it during the past after he grows up. A Blaze-like character that treats mobians as ancient civilizations of interest like they do with the echidnas could work as well.

OMG THAT WAS DARK OAK’S SHIP AT THE END!! I CANT BELIEVE THE METAREX EXIST IN THAT WHAT IF SCENARIO NOW! (This actually goes back to an old theory that the one who attacked Cosmo’s planet and caused Dark oak to form the meterex was Black doom and had Sonic X continued we might have seen this had they adapted Shadow the hedgehog as episodes)
