Just finished putting mine together. I've been watching your videos to get me ready for when it arrived. Massive thanks for the time and dedication to your videos. Love from the UK!
@@RobertJohnson-vj9lj yeah, each time you do an exercise make sure the adjust is right for your height. That way you can get a better contraction. Sometime you reach the height limits but that’s why I throw in super sets
Hey i just ordered my machine yesterday I havent wokred out in over 5 years and i fell like shet i hope I learn alot from your videos on the right ways to use that machine i dont wana be doing it wrong and not see any results
you will not be disappointed. i've changed my editing style a bit but i've always made sure the workouts, even the older videos, are solid and effective. just remember to take it slow and focus on your muscle activation, i don'twant you getting hurt working out alone. also you should start jogging or doing some sort of cardio to build up your stamina that way the only limiting factor will be your muscle and not your cardiovascular system. it doesn't have to be every day though.
I just started following you and I'm glad I found you. I have a SCI and I need to stay working out but man I get so unmotivated. I feel better when I get my workout in but it takes me awhile to get to work.
thanks for the sub. i hope your full recovery goes smooth. there are times when i feel unmotivated too but i find it very useful to have a small piece of equipment on hand. for example i have my ab roller, kettlebell & yoga blocks in the living room that way i can start my workout in the house and when i start to feel warm i finish my workout on the home gym in the basement. maybe something like that can help you out, but definitely my motto is: out of sight, out of mind. quite literal lol
Thank you, i appreciate it. i also dislike the shouting but i will listen to some loud 90s hip-hop or 90's rock if I'm ever lifting very heavy weights lol
Bro, thanks for the videos. I am getting this Marcy one and your videos are really helpful. What differentiates you from other TH-camrs is that you are just regular guy showing great info without clickbait or anything like that. You can see you are natural and I aspire to get your physique one day. How much would it take for me to get on your level? At the moment I have about 20% fat and been working out on bench and dumbbells for about year but I need more high intensity workout now. Also, do you do some cardio? I like running in particular. I am also around 5ft8 almost same as you but at the moment 175 lbs. What is your weight in this video? Thanks
Great question, this is something I thought about early on which is why I placed it after doing floor press and chest fly superset. At that point in your workout the chest is close to reaching failure so you wouldn’t be pushing heavy weight to cause serious damage to the machine. And if you’re still feeling “ too strong” doing an extra set of floor press should wear you out a bit. I’ve realize the chest muscles themselves aren’t that strong. It’s the other surrounding muscles “Tricep, front shoulders, scapula” that help us push heavy weight. So doing a double hand chest press or bench press to tire them out allow us to focus more on the chest muscle before doing the 1 arm chest press.
I only have this machine no free weights or dumbells can I grow a chest on this machine that’s my part of the body I seem I can’t grow love your workouts I have been doing them now for 3 weeks how many days do you workout every part of your Body
Yes you can grow your chest. I’d say every time you use the machine for check. Do pushups right after as a shower set. It’s good but I don’t want you getting muscle imbalances. Preferably one handed press and chest fly are pretty effective on this machine. I use to hit each body part 2x a week but I’ve been busy with my son so I’m down to 1 and maintaining until I get the free time to increase intensity. Definitely if you have time, try to do 2x a week. It’s ok if you focus on upper body for 6 weeks and keep everything else at 1 time a week.

Great video bro. I have one question though. Won't the one arm push damage the machine? I am asking because it's all the weight on one side only.

Wonder what can I used to replace the floor press if the machine is all I have
Dumbbell floor press works too
