    Thanks for the videos my friend! I bought a Marcy 988 and it let me to your videos. Great workouts!!! Combined with my EM2 program I am 30lbs lighter, off BP and reflux meds getting defined and cut at 54 years old. I feel 25 again. No daily joint pains, no fatigue and plenty of energy. Thanks for your dedication.

      Mr. Will, I'm trying to get where you are. I started at 217 lbs and down to 196 lbs. I have not been under 190 lbs. My goal is a 34 waist, a bit more strength, and a bit more pep in my step. Since you are 54 and I am now 50, I will let you be a mentor, lol.

    I love the workout videos. I turned 50 this week, and I bought the 150-lb package. I assembled it in the garage along with a window AC (it's too hot in Florida not to have one). I want to increase my fitness and strength while losing more weight. Your videos are very visually descriptive, and I appreciate you and your friends taking the time to make them for the public. The 150 lb package was bought through SAM's Club and discounted by $250 USD. Additionally, it is compact and does not require you to make much room or remove items from your garage (push or riding mower, storage boxes, grills, etc.)

    Appreciate you guys taking the time to make this video man! I have a home gym also. A pull down and leg extension were the two things only missing. Think I'm gonna go for the Marcy MKM-81010. Thank you so much!

    Been looking at getting the 81010 and was concerned about comments regarding many such machines not working well for taller people. You answered those questions perfectly. Thanks for a really good comparison video. Well done.

      Did you buy it in the end? Thinking of getting one too. How's it cope with using say 70kg+ on lat pulldowns?

    Great comparison and other vids showing exercises Bought Marcy multi gym based on your reviews about a year ago my wife and myself have used it nearly everyday, great if like myself you have young kids and struggle finding the time to get to the gym.

    Thanks for all the great videos and workouts. I got the Marcy gym a year ago and have been following your workouts. i know your leg videos don't get a lot of love because you are a guy but my wife was wondering if you can add a few more leg workouts to your playlists. the ones you have are great and we've seen great progress over the past few months. i didn't even realize how much in shape i am compared to a year ago honestly thank you 👍

    Great review, just bought the 81010, do you find the preacher curl pad is a bit wobbly 🤷🏽‍♂️.. cheers, phil

      It’s a tad bit wobbly When only using one arm for concentration curls since I have all the pressure on either end. ilwhen I use both hands that doesn’t occur.
      I use it for barbell curls mostly now, I haven’t touched single handed dumbbell unless I put the dumbbells together with both hands

      Yeah the bottom pulley is close to the preacher pad so the angle isn’t perfect.

      I made a mistake in the video. It is 200 pound stack and the most you get is 280 from the low pulley. So it’s like a 1.1 to 1.4 weight factor based on which pulley you use
