      It’s a tad bit wobbly When only using one arm for concentration curls since I have all the pressure on either end. ilwhen I use both hands that doesn’t occur. I use it for barbell curls mostly now, I haven’t touched single handed dumbbell unless I put the dumbbells together with both hands

      Hm I think it’s 120 due to pulley multipliers. I don’t go by weight, just feel, since each station and machine is slightly different

    To start, I'm a woman , I found this machine for $200(new) but I don't know if it will work for me since I'm short, 5.1". I've been exercising at home with dumbbells and bar adding weight progressive for about a year, but I want to add something more.

      At your height it shouldn’t be an issue. My wife is 5’-2” and she does not experience any range of motion limitations. I may have a video of her using this at one point in one of my leg or glute workout playlist to give you a visualization. Also great job being consistent with your dumbbells and barbell. If you ever feel up to the challenge, add a kettlebell to your rotation and you will have everything you need to stay in great shape

    If I wanted to do your PPL workout split starting on a Monday, what’s the best way I should go about it? Mon-Wednesday, rest on Thursday, then repeat Friday-Sunday? Is resting once every three days enough for the body to recover.

      Yeah the bottom pulley is close to the preacher pad so the angle isn’t perfect.

    Is this multigym effective worth to buy? Or better take power rack?

      Depends on your budget and space. Comparing the price of this unit to a power rack at the same price I’d spend a bIt more and get a mid tier rack with a smith attachment if you have the space. Also you will have to buy weight plates but I’d look on FB marketplace for used plates. You can make up for the leg extensions & curls by doing more squats with the smith machine. Also depends on your needs. I personally like free weights and the compact size is good at this current phase of my life. For both this and a rack the resale values are around 60% of original if you take good care of the equipment. Try the used market if you don’t mind a used machine

      @@ngurah85 yeah absolutely get used. You can always replace a pulley or buy a bolt if it is missing and don’t forget to oil the pulley with something like WD-40

    I'm just 5'9. So I believe it will be perfect for me... And I'm just starting serious workouts. I only did workout with dumbells at home... Didn't like spending time in public gyms. I just don't feel comfortable around other people. I'll put it in my bedroom. 😊

    if the device needs 1600 w it means that even a 7 amp circuit would work (7 amp x 240v = max 1610 w) if nothing else is with the circuit connected. I have a 10 amp circuit in a seperated room which is only for my fridge (I think a fridge needs like 500 w) so I hope my speediance monster will work there.

      So I spoke with some people a few months back and they are reporting their 15 amps circuit working. I hope everything works out for you but if the motor is design to draw 15 amps I don’t think a 7 amp circuit or 10 amp circuit will be wise even with higher voltages. Keep us posted if everything works out… I’m curious
