    I would love to see a 4080 or a 4090 in this form factor. You'd think the most efficient GPUs would be the most appropriate for small form factor. The 4060 is at the bottom of efficiency in the series.

    • @M4rio21

      It would probably cost $2K or something ridiculous. Cool idea though.

    • @MarkoMood
      @MarkoMood 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@M4rio21 For sure it'd be at a premium price, since there probably wouldn't be a strong demand for power limited high-end components. But damn, imagining a tiny power limited 4090 that still gives you over double the performance of this 4060 while also being cooler because of the larger die size, paired with a power limited 7800x3d/7950x really tingles my brain for some reason. We seem to forget the higher end the components are in these tiny builds, the less power and heat is generated for the same performance.

I am looking forward to building in this. Also, I’ve noticed swapping my nh-l9a fan with thermalrights TL-B9 has helped with cooling a bit. One thing I feel people don't consider about SFF is the improvement in power supply's. Ideally there will eventually be a 750watt Flex sized PSU and that will really revolutionize SFF systems imo.

    • @little_fluffy_clouds
      @little_fluffy_clouds 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No need, 600W is more than enough for anything you can physically fit in a SFF case. I actually run this build with the exact same case and mobo and a 7800X3D CPU with a 250W sustained power fanless GaN PSU from HDPlex. It’s plenty of power for this spec, even under full load stress testing.

      @little_fluffy_clouds 250 barely covers intels i7-i9, not to mention a powerful 200W+ class gpu. No less than 650-750W imo so it will last.

      @little_fluffy_clouds 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@_TrueDesire_as I said,600W FlexATX and 500W HDPlex GaN PSUs are available to buy today and that’s more than enough to power any tiny SFF build. If you want to shove a 14900K and a 4090 into a small case, you’ll need a bigger chassis to physically fit that graphics card, something like an NR200P, at which point you may install a 850W SFX PSU. That should cover all bases.

      That's something I would love a thorough analysis of. A tiny 4060/4070 laptop should perform about the same. I can imagine the laptop being louder at the same performance, but it's nothing that can't be mitigated by undervolting, lowering the settings, power limiting or fps capping to reach a largely indistinguishable experience. More often than not, the components are working harder than they need to anyway.

    So what makes this special compared to the Velka 3, being only 3.9L?

      The fact that it has room for two cooling fans, has better build quality and is easier to build in as you don’t have to disassemble the whole thing

    We need more ITX cases that are compact and small and can fit full size GPU.

      but there are? alot of 7L-8L cases already do that, smaller if you want to settle with a 2 fan card at most

    You should build a PC in a GameCube shell for the ultimate sleeper build.

    Looks dope. Would like to build this. Which CPU would you recommend for max work performance (code compilation) rather than gaming?

    I mean, you can just not put the parts in a case at all and it'll still run fine, I don't get the point of these, why do people click on this stuff?

      3.6/3.7L no? He said 2.7L during CAD but 3.6L at the end of the video.

      Yeah, it was 3.6L in the end. Still pretty dope but since few ppl own a 3d printer, that 4.4L is already awesome.

    Very nice but the noise levels perhaps not optimal to have the case so close to you specially on the top of the desk that amplifies everything.
    The majority of the noise from the cpu fan? It would be interesting to find out how much better would the noise levels be with the 13400..

      Through adjusting of fan curves and undervolting u can get an almost silent build. Case fans really help for this to happen.

  • @patchi8332
    @patchi8332 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I'm about to do the same build, one question.
    Do you always have to do the undervolting before using the unit/playing or just once?

    These cases out there looking so cool, but they are either preproduction or out of stock. Now I have all these parts added to cart and now I have to figure out what other available case do they go into.

    I am really sad because I really want to buy that case, but it tells me the shipping to México is over a thousand dollars.
    Are there any similar alternatives that look as good as that one?
    I liked this one because it could hide and fit perfectly in my living room.

    There is one problem about those db measurements, because a lot of ytbers say that 30db is floor, 40db is normal, but for me, where in my room floor is 15db, this is stupid loud
