When he mentioned her disney cruise job she was sooo excited and happy and then he followed up with "we're gonna get a better performance then a disney cruise performance right?" and you can see the happiness fading from her face. I remember when she was on American Idol and I was just so impressed in awe of her talent. Simon was so hard on her because of her weight at that time. Fantasia went on to win and I always felt that Jennifer Hudson should’ve gotten it. Both ladies can sing but Jennifer touches my soul

Yet there are people who recognise talent when they see. If not for Randy, she would definitely not have been selected here. You can see the expression in other 2's faces. Simon was not at all interested and Paula was almost going to say no till Randy stopped Jen and made that comment- Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!. You can see Paula and Simon exchanging glances for a sec in that scene. They couldn't say no after such appreciative comment so they just went ahead. What Jen did after that was her ultimately hardwork. I didn;t know who that fat guy was but his eye for talent was remarkable.

Yet there are people who recognise talent when they see. If not for Randy, she would definitely not have been selected here. You can see the expression in other 2's faces. Simon was not at all interested and Paula was almost going to say no till Randy stopped Jen and made that comment- Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!. You can see Paula and Simon exchanging glances for a sec in that scene. They couldn't say no after such appreciative comment so they just went ahead. What Jen did after that was her ultimately hardwork. I didn;t know who that fat guy was but his eye for talent was remarkable.
