When he mentioned her disney cruise job she was sooo excited and happy and then he followed up with "we're gonna get a better performance then a disney cruise performance right?" and you can see the happiness fading from her face. Those guys were assholes with her all along during this show and she proved to them she was born to be a star. Grammy award winning singer and oscar winner actress afterall.

If only Randy knew the extremely taxing demands that it takes to work 2 shows every night for 7 months straight for Disney (which is extremely demanding and picky of quality). Yet there are people who recognise talent when they see. If not for Randy, she would definitely not have been selected here. You can see the expression in other 2's faces. Simon was not at all interested and Paula was almost going to say no till Randy stopped Jen and made that comment- Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!. You can see Paula and Simon exchanging glances for a sec in that scene. They couldn't say no after such appreciative comment so they just went ahead. What Jen did after that was her ultimately hardwork. I didn;t know who that fat guy was but his eye for talent was remarkable.

Just finished watching Jordan Sparks interview and compared it to Jennifer Hudson. Jordan Sparks was ok, but they were praising her like she was the next Madonna, except Simon. And then Jennifer Hudson sings and blows them away, and they want to act all laid back like it wasn't awesome. Simon didnt even comment on her singing. Yet there are people who recognise talent when they see. If not for Randy, she would definitely not have been selected here. You can see the expression in other 2's faces. Simon was not at all interested and Paula was almost going to say no till Randy stopped Jen and made that comment- Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!. You can see Paula and Simon exchanging glances for a sec in that scene. They couldn't say no after such appreciative comment so they just went ahead. What Jen did after that was her ultimately hardwork. I didn;t know who that fat guy was but his eye for talent was remarkable.

Just finished watching Jordan Sparks interview and compared it to Jennifer Hudson. Jordan Sparks was ok, but they were praising her like she was the next Madonna, except Simon. And then Jennifer Hudson sings and blows them away, and they want to act all laid back like it wasn't awesome. Simon didnt even comment on her singing. It's shows how looks ALWAYS matter more than actual talent. That's what's wrong with the music industry today.
