Seven Hills Henderson NV - Las Vegas Neighborhood (Amazing Views!)

Seven Hills is designed around the Rio Secco golf course. Many homes have views of the Golf Course AND the Las Vegas Strip.
The name of the community comes from the Seven Hills of the ancient city of Rome. There is quite a bit of Roman architecture (and Mediterranean as well) throughout the different neighborhoods. Neighborhood entrances are marked by beautiful white columns and are green and well landscaped. Many of the homes themselves have Roman influences such as grand columns.
Many neighborhoods in Seven Hills are gated or even guard gated.
One advantage of the neighborhood over its counterparts in Summerlin is the ability to see the sunrise and sunset. Nevada sunrises and sunsets are incredibly beautiful, and homes tucked up to the mountains in Summerlin miss the majestic sunsets.
3 parks dot Seven Hills, which are connected by a walking trail. Amenities at the parks include playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, grills, open fields and more.
Another great feature about this area is its proximity to Henderson International Airport. Many celebrities and business people enjoy the ability to quickly access private airfare.
Families and people with kids love this neighborhood because its zoned for some of the best schools in the Las Vegas area. None of the schools has less than a 9/10 rating on GreatSchools.org. Wolff Elementary, Del Webb Middle School, and Coronado High School.
The median sales price is around $477,000 which is much higher than the $319,000 for the rest of Las Vegas. There are many luxury homes in Seven Hills, but you can also find a home with Las Vegas city views in the $400,000s.
Master-plan HOA dues start at $62/mo. Gated and guard-gated neighborhoods come at an additional expense.
Seven Hills is located near all the shops and restaurants on Eastern Ave and St. Rose. This is both a pro and a con. While its great to be close to these shops, traffic can get a little congested. Still, without traffic, the Las Vegas Strip is still only about a 20-minute drive and McCarran International airport is about 15 minutes.
