Are any of those condos elevator buildings?

I have been watching videos on TH-cam of these high rises for weeks now. I’m hoping to be there in a year that is the goal, and I think as of right now I want to call you when I’m ready. I’m really interested in being at Newport lofts, Soho gets second place and Juhl is third. They’re all pretty even but Newport for sure first.

Tower has an odd smell to it, rooms are nice but right near the RR track. It is noisy and a bit of a not so great area. Nice hotel but would not stay there again.

Look at all the gorgeous palm trees in the area and I really like those floor to ceiling windows....very nice. Thanks for the tour.

Do you know how much the average electric bill is for a studio? Is it a metered fee per unit?

I looked at the KB homes in Grand Park last week. The 2466 Plan at the Landings was my favorite because the layout, square footage and price seemed like the best value. Will have to see the models at the Reserves on my next visit.

I am sure it will be nice and unaffordable for most people.

If you make less than $200k per year forget it.

I stop as soon as I hear about technology in homes because then I want to know who owns the data. Who is allowed to use the data when it is shared. Am I allowed to have the data? And in these times you might own the house and you might own the technology but you have no right to repair anything. Effectively, you are forbidden from performing necessary repairs on technology that is rightfully your own property. I've see in solar power, for example where the government offers subsidies. But after you accept the money then you are financially liable to keep it running at 100% or else you get fined for breach of the agreement. So, yeah. The technology may be fine and the deal may sound affordable but then Big Brother will come down heavy handedly on you if you don't be a satisfactory steward of how they are harvesting the data on you. And also... how many thousands of dollars will it be for the owner to scrub all data from the house prior to selling it? Will the new owner legally inherit ownership of all the previous owner's data? I noticed this trick when I bought my 2025 Camry. It has a nice pocket for charging your phone as you are travelling. That way you never notice the power draw as the car is making an image and harvesting metrics off your phone. I never connected my phone to the car but my wife did. Now I legally own a copy of her phone. And if I don't spend at least three or four thousand dollars to replace all the electronics then the next owner of the car will own that data.

ok who's the artist that designed the center lane of the entrance to the city with all the palm trees and islands that block or just make it difficult to make a LEFT HAND TURN from the suicide lane? The city has only one grocery store, one dollar store, some quick stops and fast food joints, a bunch of antique store and gift shops. I didn't see any car dealers, one pawn shop, one gun store. And OMG, more yuppies than I saw in frisco. Everybody knows about the historic significance of the town but did you know all the Dams electricity goes to....California. Huh.

You ladies are lovely.. But SHOW AND TELL... We want to SEE and experience THE PROPERTY.
