sometimes i wonder that how much people in the world are so creative and simplify life . super coooooool job man .
I wonder how people can think they're being innovative and yet over complicate a skateboard with shocks that don't do anything because they're dragging behind and adding another point of impact... Do you really think this useless part is creative? or is it just a useless part? Honestly, this would be like adding another tire to the back of a bicycle and calling it a shock absorber just because there's a spring in between.

The most simple way to make 6 or 8 wheels skateboard - Nice. For more than 5 years im searchin how to do that. I found about 5 options, but this is the best - you don’t need to cut the deck, the manufacturing cost is as low as possible, there is no need for additional stabilizing springs or splitter travel stops for 2 wheels, besides, you can at least replace all the wheels with motor wheels if necessary. by the way, you can print soft plastic tires for motor wheels on a 3D printer - it is similar in composition to polyurethane for shoe soles and is just as wear-resistant.
5:42 - shock absorbers doesn't work. Usage of bearings as shims is also useless. Shock absorbers should be put vertically for each fork with two wheels or two absorbers (for each wheel single absorber).
Also the second pair of shims should be on a bottom side or the board.
Exactly what's on my mind.
For the bearings as spacer, he is just using the resources he only have most likely he don't have other spacer and for the shocks it is correct and functional even if it is not place to the usual vertical position

Because it's a blatent rip off of an existing product that lame to begin with that's why. This hack didn't mention that did he? It doesn't ad any shock absorbing at all. All it does is add drag that will kill the range of the board. This guy is a fool ,fraud,and a hack
I ride a bike wheeler setup as well, but with 11 inch hub motors in the back and 107mm MBS Reds up front, and I don't have the spring suspension

no hate or something but I'm 100 percentage sure that without the shock absorbers would work exactly the same
Probably even better. I suspect that the turning ability of this board diminished, the weight increased for sure, most of the shock absorption is still done by the springy deck and the bushings of the trucks, and he could probably get what he wanted by simply increasing the height of the trucks. Over engineering at its finest.
I mean at one point yes and also not cause the shock absorbers puts a bit force on the front wheels to keep em on the ground but i do see what u mean about it

Why do you need those bearings? Doesn't look like something is rotating there. For me it's just half of ton of extra weight. But maybe there is a need I don't see.

do you sell the shock absorption kit?
What shock is that supposed to absorb? The full impact will still go to the wheels that are directly attached on bottom, all that is doing is adding another point of impact. There is no way that can absorb shock.

the amount of weight he just added to that board will now kill the battery a lot faster. why didn't he make it out of aluminum and used tubing for spacers instead of bearings? he added at least 30 lbs to the front end.
