    This building was not easy because of the new way to make enclosures for the first time using the Aluminum plate. Certainly, it seems difficult to achieve satisfaction when trying for the first time. However, I hope you get the inspiration that you can do it in this way. The ESC (Focbox Unity +), High-performance motors, and motor pulley used in this video were supported by MASSIVE STATOR. massivestator.com/

      I know its expensive but you could always get a commercial 3D printer to make the housings. Carbon Fiber Nylon with anti static would get the job done I think. Not sure of impact resistance. Might make future projects quicker and give you more size and location options. I plan on printing a board(CF PEEK) on mine in June. (work too much.)

      Incredible work, I especially liked the deck, and enclosure fabrication. Curious if the aluminum esc housing will cause connectivity issues though.

    *Yes, yes those SUPER wide DKP trucks with that "future board" deck as I call it.* Ever since I found out Flipsky make wider DKP I have been waitin to get closer looks and builds, thank you... with street wheels and beautiful motors, I enjoyed this one a lot!
    I prefer 8mm axle though for convenience but I can accept 10mm has its purpose.
    Those motors are 🤩 Those close up shots at the end were stunning. Such a beautiful build, trucks looks so wide though. Lookin forward to the ride footage.
    Another great video.

    Handsome board. Those wheels pop against the wood. I combine a lot of aluminum and wood - you can finish the aluminum w/out much effort - scotch brite pads help dull the surface, but harder to get those larger sections finished consistently. Either way, great to see you using aluminum in the builds. excited to see it on future boards

    어찌어찌 모터를 새걸로 구매해서 교체했는데, 어느쪽인지 모르지만 처음엔 괜찮더니, 또다시 리모컨에서 과전류가 뜨는데, 어디서 과전류가 나는지 확인하는 방법이 있을까요?
    아니면 보밧을 달았는데 그게 과전류의 문제가 될수 있나요?

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      복합적인 문제로 보입니다. 사용하고계신 보드의 ESC는 이미 출력값이 정해저있는 프로그램드 ESC입니다. 또한 보조배터리를 정확하게 장착하려면 원래 장착되어있는 보드의 배터리와 동일한 셀과 구성방식으로 해야합니다. 만약 이것이 달라질경우 배터리팩의 방전율이 서로 달라지게됩니다. 방전율이 높은쪽의 배터리가 ESC가 갖은 출력값보다 높은 방전율로 전류를 밀어내서일수도 있고, 또한 방전율은 병렬형태일때 증가가 되는데 보조 배터리를 달았던것 자체로 기존배터리와 상호작용을 일으켜 ESC가 허용하는 방전율을 초과했을수도 있습니다. 보통 보조 배터리를 달 경우 VESC나 프로그램을 할수 있는 오픈소스 ESC는 그에 맞게 재설정을 할수 있지만 사용하시는 기종은 그것이 불가능하다보니 과전류로 이어지는것 같습니다. 한가지 더 말씀드리면 그런 불안정한 배터리 상태에서는 화재 발생이 일어날 가능성이 높으니 빠른 조취를 취하셔야 할것 같습니다.

  • @tlewis3083

    Thanks for the build. Have you had the opportunity to run the x55 motors from massive stator? I have the bound flash and was wondering what the difference would be between those custom motor from massive stator and the stock motors on my bound flash. Let me know what you think.

    • @KAMiJUINs
      @KAMiJUINs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      First of all, the output of the two motors is different. The motor output of the flash is 1500w, while the motor used this time has an output of up to 4000W. Therefore, if the discharge rate of the battery and the output of the ESC support each other, a much stronger torque may be generated. Although the motor size is similar, the difference in output can be seen as the difference between the magnet constituting the motor, the mass of copper wire, and the number of poles. Thanks~

      The motor was good enough. But to use it more universally(off-road), I think the larger one would be better than this.

    Hey , with the current Vesc technology , there seems to be more and more vescs with higher voltage tolerances , would you build a board or with your current boards with higher voltages ? E.G , 48volts or 60 volts ? As i'd really like to see what speeds it'll achieve and how it affects the riding .
