Film isn’t too expensive actually ( coming from another 3d pen beginner ) it’s really cheap on amazon and such! But it would take a ton of time.

Mystipig _ nah not really, look it up. Some big packs cost a lot tho, around 10 to 20 dollars American but Canadian is like 40 dollars. ( I’m Canadian. ) sooo yeah

I want to see her actually driving around - I can't believe a 3d pen bike can support an adult' s weight tbh... Awesome work though!
My guess is that it broke the moment it had to bear weight. Or that the pedals stripped or that the pulley belt wasn't tight enough . . . or all of the above. If it had worked, she would have put her driving around in the video.
If you look closely at the end she didn't put all the weight on the bike. One of her feet was walking on the ground
I wish there as a thick enough filament to hold an adult’s weight. That would be awesome!
It would probably have to be a lot thicker with the material used but it might hold someone with anorexia

NinjaSlayer it normally costs like 10 pounds per roll depending on which diameter it is so that bike would probably be over 100 pounds on estimate
It just depends on how much they use and depends on where you live because it may cost a lot where you live but it may cost less somewhere else

with more cross bracing than a regular bike the frame might survive but it would get to a point where its just not worth it as a practical item, its a great build for the sake of making it

If we change or create various tips of different size and weight the 3d pen is really help to get over the jam
This is familiar. It reminds me of 1970's glue guns. That allowed you to create something provided that you spent hundreds of dollars on raw materials.
I can see if cheap enough several uses. Other than glasses frame repairs. It seems to be similar to something I played with in the 70's, ot 80's.
