In the US fountain pens are not common. I work at a university and only know 2 others who use them.

Someone who spends 10k on a fountain pen should already have ink.
Lots of cartridge pens do, actually. Because this pen uses the piston filler shown in the video, the only option is to use bottled ink. Most fountain pen users prefer bottled ink due to the wider variety of color options available, and the price being a great deal lower than for cartridges.
It should come with like 5 inks 😂
