I should know, I had a similar idea many years ago and was immediately shot down by a family member with many years of business experience over me.

I vividly remember his roommates at the time calling him a genius after making that move. 😂🤷♂️ He does not have the money you think. He's been evicted from every place he has lived in since 2011 for not being able to pay his rent and would regularly call my partner at the time and ask if he could be paid earlier to cover his bills (We were paying him to rock our clothing along with a few other "celebrities"). With that said, I'm not going to sit here and say he is broke but he is definitely not a multi millionaire at this point, nor has he been for quite some time. He lives off his royalties, side hustles/endorsements and I won't knock him for that but he truly is the Lord of fake stunting and it used to make us all sick. Eventually he was let go but by that time I had sold my shares and moved on to other business ventures. He is, at least in my opinion, a true gamer. He's also a pathological liar and drug addict who would sometimes sleep an entire day straight after drinking lean the previous day with friends. He was living in Sean Kingston's LA mansion in 2011 and would regularly ask to take pictures with wads of cash my partner would withdraw from the bank when we started our first expansion. It was ridiculous and I was shocked how fake he was. The saddest part is, of all the rappers/influencers we dealt with, he wasn't even close to the worst. Gaming is a bit like radio (I worked for CBS myself for almost 7 years). Its a tight knit group regardless of company affiliation everyone knows each other in some capacity. Word gets around of who people want to work with and who they dont. You cant take short cuts there.
