    2:13 Push-ups
    3:20 Lunged
    4:16 Jumping Jacks
    5:05 Bench Dips
    6:00 Jumping Rope
    6:45 Plank
    7:30 Brisk walking
    8:04 Running

    None of the above mentioned exercises, I have a different approach to anti aging exercise. I am 86 yrs old male, I reach this OLD age, by dancing only for over 40 yrs. Since I retired at age 65 , I have been dancing & still dancing 4 to 5 times a week for at least 2 hrs. To a variety of dancing styles like All the Ballroom dances, Latin including Salsa & Bachata, Argentine Tango, Swing dances ETC. I attend dance parties, most last at 12: 00 midnight, except the Salsa & Bachata parties that last until 2:00:AM. No room for other exercise after staying until wee hrs in the morning. I have a different perspective in life than most seniors.
