Ingredient 材料:
●Lotus Biscuits 110g 莲花焦糖饼 110克
●Salted Butter 55g 有盐黄油 55克
●Cream cheese 250g (room temperature)
奶油奶酪 250克（室温）
●Caster sugar 120g 细砂糖 120克
●Salt 1/4tsp 盐 ¼茶匙
●Whipping cream 150g 淡奶油 150克
●Greek yogurt 200g 希腊优格 200克
●Egg 2nos（room temperature）室温鸡蛋 2个
●Vanilla essence 1/4tsp 香草精 ¼茶匙
●Corn flour 30g 玉米粉 30克
7 Inch Loose Base Mold 七寸活动模具
●Baking Temperature suggestion:
180 ° 30minutes then
150° 30minutes then
150° upper flame 8minutes until surface
brownish
