    absolutely love the spilt screen with heart rate just seeing how quickly he recovers is a feat of its own

  • @Ben.Evans1994

    Mr. Froning’s quick recuperation is insane! Just shows how well conditioned he is. Heart rate going down on the thrusters? What?! Haha And those bar MUs looked smooth!

    • @AbcDef-go8ds

      Ha-ha, my heart rate also goes "down" on the thrusters, because I can barely do any sets of three or more when hitting the second round.
      So amazing how different these athletes are from us the ordinary people!

      Watching him helped me improve my front squats at the gym today. So thankful I found some coaches that helped me fix problems with my squats. I need to use a stance similar to Rich since I have long legs and nice to find an example of someone using a stance similar to mine. My toes are pointed more outward than most people and my stance is wider and that works!. Other gyms didn't take my long legs into consideration when teaching me to squat and then there was just not too much place for my legs to go so it was rather frustrating but I think I'm in a good direction now.

    Soooooo awesome to see Rich's heart rate feed from his Whoop strap. Really interesting to see how quickly his heart rate comes back down. He uses a set of 30 TTB as a rest lol. It's certainly a testimony to the way the program intervals on the Mayhem Athlete track. Super cool.

    Still the GOAT. Seriously a beast. Finished 5th in the world for the Open and is essentially not going as hard as he used to as an individual. Just as fit if not fitter which is crazy because age doesn’t seem to be a factor for him.

  • @wevkng
    @wevkng 3 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    Please make more like this with the whoop split screen. It was cool to watch the first round based on your HR was basically a warmup then watching your recovery HR drop back into the lower 120's in a minute shows just how fit you are. Sorry I geek out on the Science part of it
