Mr. Froning’s quick recuperation is insane! Just shows how well conditioned he is. Heart rate going down on the thrusters? What?! Haha And those bar MUs looked smooth!

    • @AbcDef-go8ds

Ha-ha, my heart rate also goes "down" on the thrusters, because I can barely do any sets of three or more when hitting the second round.
So amazing how different these athletes are from us the ordinary people!

My heart meanwhile: Hey there buddy, going for that 6th thruster? let me just ramp up to 180

Watching him helped me improve my front squats at the gym today. So thankful I found some coaches that helped me fix problems with my squats. I need to use a stance similar to Rich since I have long legs and nice to find an example of someone using a stance similar to mine. My toes are pointed more outward than most people and my stance is wider and that works!. Other gyms didn't take my long legs into consideration when teaching me to squat and then there was just not too much place for my legs to go so it was rather frustrating but I think I'm in a good direction now.

Soooooo awesome to see Rich's heart rate feed from his Whoop strap. Really interesting to see how quickly his heart rate comes back down. He uses a set of 30 TTB as a rest lol. It's certainly a testimony to the way the program intervals on the Mayhem Athlete track. Super cool.
