Once Hasbro drops a relaxed Beast head I think the other 2 will be firmly in the rear view. I say this as someone who LOVES the Toy Biz. Until then, the Toy Biz head on the Hasbro body is the way for me.

Some of these comments are crazy, Hasbro's Beast destroys the other two, it's not even close, even without the subtle shading Hasbro captures that Jim Lee-esque look and feel magnificently, even when they nail it, Hasbro gets all the hate smh.
It's nice to hear someone that shares my sentiments with these figures. The Select one looks like a demon/werewolf, but would work as an old school Avengers version. The Toy Biz version is great, but never captured the essence of the character. So yeah, all as you mentioned.

I saw the select once in stores and thought about getting him, but I knew that a legends one would be coming soon since they tend to release a better version of a character after diamond select does their version. I bought the legends on sight and don’t regret it. I was gonna stop collecting comic figs but all these blue team X-men quickly made me change my mind!
I have the Toybiz and Hasbro. I keep seeing the new figures come out and saying, "Meh, the Toybiz one I have is great, and I don't need an upgrade." Then it comes out and I pick it up and actually do a side by side comparison, and the new Hasbro version ends up being way better. Sasquatch, Juggernaut, Beast... all way better (just my opinion of course). I look at the old Toybiz figs through rose-tinted glasses, but Hasbro has really stepped up their game over the past few years.
I'm absolutely thrilled they went with the Jim Lee Beast look. I want my Beast in beast mode. I'd be great to have an animated series head..but then I'd want all the other teammates with cartoon accurate heads/bodies. Since I don't think we'll ever get that, this is *the* Beast I want in my display.

Hasbro: Look like cheap and unexpresive. Winner: Toy Biz. It've 15 years old and was sculpted. No only computer product.I hoped a lot of more of the Hasbro version 15 years later. Beast need expresion, articulation and colour. Its not the definitive already. Clearly

The wave was originally going to release in early 2006, but we all know what happened to Toy Biz after they released the Onslaught wave and the Face-Off Two-Packs in 2006. Hasbro bought the license that year and released those Spider-Man Origins figures in late 2006 and then released their first official Hasbro Marvel Legends wave also in late 2006. Now here were are today.

I have Toy Biz Green Goblin, Ghost Rider and Magneto, compared them with Hasbro. Toy Biz is far better on these models.

The marvel legends dark beast and the retro beast both seem to be really cool
If the Marvel Legends Hasbro Beast was painted better and had a different head sculpt it be the best figure of the year so far
