- My youngest brother W Mills heads to Brighton Marathon 10K Weekend on a quest for a PB.
Things are initially looking good but he must dig deep in the final KM to pull off something Special!

I'm in awe of this channel, the comedic element and specifically demon cries from eldest brother. Whats the current graphics program, the old banners were pretty decent (5k Pb parkruns)
Thanks so much hah! The old graphics will be back next video, they are only different because W Mills didn't set things up properly at the start and I had to do things manually, fear not!

I must say I find it impressive that W. Mills still manages to positive split with a 3:42 for the final k. If he'd use some of D Mills' pacing strategy and not go out so hard, he can surely do even better!
Yeah, definitely could have. To give him the slight benefit of the doubt I don't think he was expecting any hills at all!

Why is D mills my favourite? There is absolutely no explanation for it, but it feels so right and yet so wrong at the same time. Also what trainers are you using for 5k/10k? Vaporflys?

I usually use vapor 2s or 3s and D mills is an Alpha warrior
You didn't got the 3 hour list you had chance to run it I was registered but they they didn't send me a number just told me to go home and laugh at my dad one of the workers at Brighto marathons she was the boss she didn't want to give any bid number to my dad she just laughed so be happy for running Brighto maratho
