My brother D Mills heads to Hastings Parkrun this week in the quest to prove his watch wrong.
It thinks he can only manage an 18:30 when he reckons a Sub 18 is on the cards?

You should go do the Clacton on sea park run , has a near vertical hill you have to go up 3 times which destroys all your pace and legs lol
