When you see swans at Parkrun the correct response is to say hello. Unforgivable

Some lovely ‘obstacles’ on that course and near-perfect conditions… surely a PB was one the cards 😂 That storm was timed perfectly to annihilate my legs on a 35km long run to end a marathon block where I don’t have anything booked to race. A week off and back for the spring build up. Waiting on a snowy race where a/the Mills full-send it in festive attire 🏃🎅🏻
