Cool run and nice narrative. Running and weaving through a mass of runners like that can certainly use up a lot of mental energy. Also you usually wind up running more distance. I noticed in the video that the 1.30 pacer was in front of you at the start but most of the people in your area clearly weren't running a 1.30. Your race reminded me a lot of the 2011 Vegas marathon. Around mile 13 we joined up with the half marathon runners and I was running around 8.00 per mile. The mass of humanity I joined up with were running 10 minutes at best. It was a total train wreck for my race. Good luck on your marathon and thanks for the tour of Hastings. Definitely looked hilly but I loved the crowd support.
You have to have some balls pre start if it’s crowded. You stood around a bunch of old ladies and fat boys and waited for the whistle to start making moves.
Dangerous amount of Mills here. Like splitting the atom. Be careful.
Ive waited all week for this

Thanks a lot, I'll certainly be getting myself in the best position possible to start the marathon this weekend!
It’s not your mistake that the genes for passion ended up with D mills.
"Really not sure what I should be doing" well starting nearer the front would be a good idea 🤭
😢😢😢😢
Good luck with the marathon 👍
The goat is back
Real rollercoaster. Loved every minute of it.
Entertaining watch as always.
That looks like a brutal course 😲 Great support, though👌🏼
Yeah, was mega support!!
W Mills will beat J Mills and D Mills one day
I have no doubt about that
You're mistaken was warming up
That place looks really pretty, i like the architecture at 2:50, def way to many people.
There are definitely punctuality deficiencies being displayed by the Mills dynasty of late, some sort of boot camp is required methinks!
🤣🤣
Very entertaining vid! 👍🦾🏃🏃♂🏃♂
Cheers!
Good effort, you will know next time you are late to the start, to lift the barrier and get in near the front 😅
Every day's a learning day!
We need to get you a camera with a longer battery life!
I know! I'm bringing two for Brighton Marathon!
Redemption today at Brighton perhaps!
well done D Mills! Never in doubt.
😭😭
197 - 203 bpm for D mills at the end there...think calibration may be off on that thing.
We'll be getting some Corros arm HR monitors soon for better accuracy!
How do you get the route progress, pace etc on your videos! Is it linked through your watch?
Yeah, insta360 camera lets me pull my Garmin data in with the click of a few buttons!
Now there is a W Mills?? How many more are there??
👀👀
forgot to account for passion in the pace pro calculations…
I'll let Garmin know they need a 3rd slider!
Did I miss something or was there a guy in full military uniform and backpack for a half wow!
Some pretty hardcore people raising money for charity!
How do you get the onscreen stats?
Insta360 cameras let you pull in your Garmin data
With the click of a few buttons!
I think that it's easiest to remember which of you is which if you stick to alphabetical order
Jeez D Mills' heart rate was 199 at one point
He loves getting it to 200 sometimes hahaha

Such a lie when the spectators say the worst is over at the top of queensway
Lil gits!
