I got one as well and got really unlucky with severe backlight bleed and some slight discoloration on the right half. Apart from that it's a beast - if you don't mind the wonky, BenQ typical Gamma. Also - and I mean this completely unironically, you're gonna love the max brightness. ;-)

Looks like a nice option for a sort of best of all worlds monitor (aside from HDR) Would be great if you could touch on the blur reduction setting and what it's like to actually use in the full review, I heard it's quite good in passing but nobody seems to actually cover it and in some cases don't even know it exist.

Greatly enjoy your reviews but if I may, I'd like to pick your brain. I have a gaming laptop with NO display port, only HDMI 2.0. Is there a 34"(ish) Ultrawide out there that will refresh over 100Hz through my HDMI? Most monitor specs don't say. Just thought you might have a suggestion or two. Thanks.

I have this- it's pretty great. Significant thing about this is the HDMi inputs are 2.1, which means Nvidia cards will run Gsync over HDMI. There is also a new firmware available for it btw. Might want to check that before you do a full review.

aluminium is costy / i am ok with good plastic but price must be reflective of material type . i think the price point of this ben Q is not good enough when you compare to LG .

Do you have a recommendation for a 4k oled High end hdr monitor for £700 or less? I already have an 40 inch LG c2 120htz TV oled I could use but if you have a monitor with higher refresh rate for around that price point I'd be very interested. That TV cost me significantly more than that, I'm looking for a monitor specifically not a TV for my pc, something no bigger than 30 inch maximum. I don't wanna sit at my desk 12 inches away from a giant wall screen

It's not OLED, or 4K yet it's well within high end 4K monitor range, & close to the range of amazing OLED 1440p monitors.
You can definitely get better monitors than this, that are 4K with better HDR in the £700 range, Samsung & Gigabyte for starters
Hell, with offers you can get the LG 27" 240hz OLED for £800... that's a massive upgrade for a £100 difference.
This BenQ monitor is overpriced asf for what it is.

I know it's not a 4k panel that's what I asked if you had a recommendation for one within that price point with high end HDR and higher than 120htz refresh rate in moderate form factor (below 30 inch) as that's ideally what I'd prefer. Thank you for the recommendations, although the one you recommended isn't 4k
