So I had bout this monitor for my Series S but i was expecting it to still look good but it got worst, I don’t know if it’s something I have to change but it’s look way more better on my tv with 60 frames. I had tried user 1 & changed everything I can and it still looks weird, I don’t know what it is but if you can help that would be amazing!

I'm really excited to get my first miniLED monitor and this might be the best option yet. I'm honestly tired of my normal ASUS monitor because the IPS glow is pretty bad which I ignored for years. So going to miniLED will be a huge upgrade for me!

1440p is the best thing to buy right now especially when using dlss @4k. But @800 for the 4K with hdmi 2.1 it might be worth it for console gamers.

the only thing that i dislike about this monitor is the stand, i really like open leg stands that allow me to have better desk space, ofc this isn’t a total dealbreaker, but being someone with occasional OCD, this stand sometimes seems a bit overbearing.

So glad 1440p is getting some love again, the offerings these past 4-5 years have just been bad imo. From terrible contrast to bad sdr brightness for the sake of boosted hdr, that doesn’t even look good. I had a acer XF270HU ips from 2015 that could smack everything I’ve seen lately, but this monitor looks like it’s going too change the game.

A high end ips from then was pushing 400+ nits with no window deviation a 4ms response time which is what we still use now to avoid overshoot.

the lg is faster response times but the cooler master has better hdr and a higher color gamut *due to the quantum dot display*

At 9:32 I see the sky has a lot of color banding. My monitor also has this and it looks awful in a lot of scenarios. I’m guessing it’s because the monitor is so bright you can see it more now then other monitors. But it’s pretty distracting. Other then that it’s a great monitor

Hey idk if you’ve figured this out yet, or if you still have the monitor, but setting in to 144hz fixed the issue with color banding. Hope this helps :)
