I never liked onions of any sort as a child, but now babbyyyyyy I GOTS to have em’!!! The older folks always said tastebuds change and now I’m a firm believer.
This is all facts. Hates tomatoes as a kids wouldn’t dare touch them, also Brussels sprouts. NOW?!! Baby give me seconds off the rip of both

Congratulations on your weight loss. I've been on a weight loss journey also. I'm 63 yrs young so my metabolism has slowed down but I've still lost 57 lbs. I have 20 more to go. I didn't do keto like everyone does. I actually did the opposite. I did Dr. McDougall's starch solution. I ate a lot of complex carbs like potatoes, oatmeal, corn, grains, beans etc, because they kept me full, and I did workouts from TH-cam and I walked 30 mins on some days. I am doing low carb (not keto) to lose my last 20 lbs. By the way that can of non stick spray is not 0 calories. They say that to fool people so they'll buy it. If you look at the serving size, it's 1/4 of a second spray. It's not possible to spray that fast for 0 calories. One tablespoon of oil is 100 calories. Everybody takes that can and spray for a minute lol, it still worked for you but I had to cut out oil completely to lose weight.

There rotisserie chicken is fire on a salad, but I always chop the chicken up season it and put it in the air fryer. It taste so much better than I store the remainder in the freezer or the refrigerator.
Both salads look great! I'm an onion FAN, so I will certainly try the second one soon. If you haven't already, try to make quick pickled red onions. They're so easy and delicious on everything.

Yes! I love onion and bell peppers on my salad 😅 but bell peppers have to be cooked for me
Simple salad is a good idea. I was adding too much stuff, and I didn't want it. Ultimately started not liking them. I'd suggest washing to lettuce though. You'd be surprised how much unseen grit and stuff is left in the bowl after washing

That’s looks delicious I can literally eat the same foods everyday with going to my gym makeing sure I get my 64oz of water in a day I’m great because remember we eat to live and we fuel our body’s with healthy foods

Do you do 30 minute workouts everyday ? I think that’s my biggest struggle is being consistent working out sometimes i do 10 min hiit if I’m short on time. Any tips you have for being consistent workout with the busy mom life schedule
I can agree with her! Tips please!!
Idk if you’re a morning person or what your daily routine is like but for me waking up before the kids are up is the only way I can make sure I get in my workout. If I wait until later, so many distractions and interruptions keep me from being consistent.
@@kelliwilliamsbeauty i get up early for work but i also agree if i don’t force myself up it’s over 😭 and i live in a small apt so when I’ve been getting up to workout lately he’s been waking up from the alarm ( he’s 2) and so it sets me back and I’ve been setting it for 5 am 😭. I also struggle with the drive in the am .
@@debraflores7775I had the same problem. Wasn't consistent. I found hip hop workout with Phil on TH-cam and ordered his workouts on his website, and I bought a stepper on Amazon. I have been doing it since, and it was like dancing instead of working out. I also bought hand weights, bands, a rebounder(10 mins of rebounding gives 30 mins of running). They have rebounder workouts on TH-cam also, I bought a stationary bike and a few more things to do in the house. Good luck. I was 204. I'm 5' 2" and 143 lbs now. Still losing. I have 20 more to go. I'm 5'2" Good luck. I did Dr. McDougall's starch solution to lose weight, but for these last 20 lbs I've decided to do low carb. (Not keto). Too extreme.
How did you your calorie deficit? And did you count your calories?
I never counted my calories, but I was in a calorie deficit, because I was just simply eating less calories than I was eating prior to my weight loss journey

Hey Love, just put the dressing in a different jar than your salad that will stop it from being soggy.

How long am I eating salads to lose the weight for 8 months
I have been eating salads almost every day for 3 years now. You don’t have too, it’s just the easiest way for me to get my fiber and protein in.
