I can’t get over how amazingly relaxed he is. He is in a deep sleep. He must have been uncomfortable before and now with his body work that tension is being released. Such a wonderful sleep. So sweet.
What a sweet little guy. It is amazing how comfortable he is with the body work technician. Children can sense energy. She must have such positive and safe energy.
I’m done having babies but gosh this is too adorable and makes my ovaries scream. What a sweet happy little soul. Thanks mama for permission so we could all enjoy your gorgeous chunk 🥰
These two are amazing! They worked on my little guy and he was a completely new baby! Helped with his latch, gas and sleep! We miss you guys already! Riggs has been wondering when he can see you again! Sending love from Iowa! ❤️
Me too! I am crying and I think that it’s their gentle nature and the peacefulness of the baby. This is what love and innocence looks like and it’s quite touching.
In India, we give newborn babies massage with baby oil everyday once or twice till they are 1 year old. It really helps them sleep well n it's good for their digestion (like gentle back n tummy massage) . N after that we give them bath with lukewarm water. N then swaddle them with cotton cloth. Babies tend to sleep really well if swaddled from the beginning. 👶👶💜💜
i swear if i were to ever have children i’d travel to wherever you practice and have you be their pediatrician. being able to do this with a baby and them be so relaxed is a real talent
I have said for many years that massage therapy is the BEST of all treatments available for many many disorders. Lots of people have laughed at me, but THIS just proves my point. That baby is a perfect classic example of it. I applaud Dr Paul for having this as a list of available therapies in his practice. Bless you forever. You should be given the congressional medal of honour, for your services to paediatrics not to mention an unlawful and totally unjust withdrawal of your medical licence (now thankfully reinstated).
I think this is enjoyable to the baby, and I do it often to my son...but healing to a lot of conditions, or disorders?...I dunno...need more time and actual data.(follow ups)(there's a whole theory --for adults-- about how proper neck alignment fixes 'things' too) The way this little guy suckled on his fingers was so adorable.
@@B.Mega.D If you see it in action and you've experienced healing then you'll believe it. Otherwise, people like you will just ask for proof. Message therapy can heal. It's called therapy.
I massaged my son after his bath from birth and he was the most chilled baby. We always focus on what the mother goes through giving birth but forget that the baby has been through it too being squeezed repeatedly and squashed out an opening not big enough for them. I love being massaged so why wouldnt a baby? He was so relaxed i nealry fell asleep watching him.
Canada. I had twins by emergency section at 34 weeks, when one twin showed distress. I was already in hospital, thankfully. They were after at 6,5 lb and 5.5 lb for the distressed baby. There was no ultrasound in the city and I had been told it would be stillborn or deformed, but both were healthy and some premature and immature problems. Smaller twin had mild cerebral palsy, and his feet mimicked club foot. I was a nurse so immediately did range of motion exercises to keep him flexible, and to get the foot to rotate out. The best tool came later with the Jolly Jumper, as they loved the bouncing and he did concentrate on putting his foot with the sole down, correcting it with play.
I love you guys! The way you truly care for your patients and not treat them like they're just a number is so nice to see ❤ Sadly, you all are a rare breed of medical professionals these days. I don't know what has changed in the last 20 years, but gone are the days of doctors that actually put their heart into their work.
Thank you for this info Dr Paul!!! My doctor knew to tell me to stretch my babies feet at every diaper change. The feet were like this little guys. It worked!
Darling baby! My grandson wasn’t rolling over at eight months, so mama took him to a chiropractor. After two visits he was able to roll. And has been fine… it just took a bit of catching up with gross motor skills. He was walking by 15 months, so not too bad. These types of alternate methods of treatment can sure do the trick!
That's what I thought too. I was worried there was a baby from a previous video who passed away and my heart stopped too. Glad it's not that! Can't handle a video like that right now.
Dr Paul….you are such a inspiration to me….only wish you would have been there for my boys…..I am 91 years old and from a different time…so glad to see you back
Just watching this video makes me feel very relaxed every time! I literally almost fell asleep the other day while watching this. That’s how relaxed I was. I love your videos and no matter how many times I watch them, I never get tired!
This is just to cute Dr Paul put this little boy into a deep sleep how relieved he became throughout the whole massage great job Love your video's as always Doc Keep it up ❤
AWESOME video Dr Paul, very interesting subject too As well as a lil Cutie Patient too So great to see you and Big No No back online again. Much Love from Australia ❤🇦🇺❤🇦🇺❤🇦🇺❤🇦🇺❤🇦🇺❤🇦🇺
That was amazing when mine where babies I used to massage them from head to toe especially after a bath , he was so relaxed I think this is brilliant thank you for sharing
I was born in 1960, and around that time, baby walkers became all the fad. As a result of being in a walker all the time, I did not crawl much at all (no blame, Mom). I have had difficulty reading, learning, concentrating, etc. Let baby crawl!
Besides, he's so calm because in some way he knows this doesn't hurt at all, and is useful. Full access to faces helps the small boy to remain calm as well.
Thank you for such a helpful and cute video lol. My nephew has congenital torticollis and this type of massage wasn’t really addressed during my RMT studies. It was super helpful to get a look at the baby bodywork techniques, I can’t wait to try them out. Thanks again and I really appreciate it! Keep making great videos!
That little one was clearly feeling very tender and that would not be comfortable! That is such a calm little one, calmest kid under about 2-3 I’ve seen in a very long time! This is just even more proof that body work is a very useful thing and can be very helpful in medicine! Babies will find a way to get you to stop working with them if they don’t like it… often by being very squirmy. Of course this is normally comment since but please wash everything that your baby puts in their mouth before and after it happens if possible, their will end up being germs on whatever they put in their mouths and we don’t want anyone getting sick.
Omg what a handsome lil guy! He is to darn precious u can't help but smile when u see a lil baybay ahhhhh he is so cute I just wanna kiss his sweet cheek!!

To make this video even better it’s already awesome of course but They’re those pictures of the human muscle anatomy behind you dr Thomas. It would be awesome to point out on the chart which muscle you are massaging. That would be awesome.
Just curious. Is the therapist a certified occupational therapist? Also. I find your channel so interesting and learned so much. I am an early intervention special instructor btw.
