  • My first track day at Castle Combe ended in sadness with a blown turbo letting oil past the seals and into the intake system. All that prep and travel for 10 laps!
Anyway... lets get to fixing it.....

I did a turbo swap myself over Christmas, very difficult job! That BWS TT video he did explaining the process is fantastic and really made it possible.
Unfortunately my engine is toast so it was all in vain, I hopefully can find a good new motor soon and afford it, so maybe I will see you at a couple track days yet!!

Arrr crap sorry to hear that! .... I'm actually running slightly behind in releasing videos (moved house), so the inside scoop is that I already put the turbo back in, and my engine is unhappy to say the least.

Rebuild it with a 9 blade turbine and a 7 blade compressor. Nice video.

That might be what we have. New Video coming next week on putting it back in where the man from Turbo Dynamics explains all the technical stuff of what we did with it!

Well presented. I'm currently stuck on my TT. The small 4 mm bolt won't come off that welded bracket.
