Basic Brake Caliper Rebuild (HD)

The force onto the brake pedal was too excesive to make the caliper even start working, so of course again I flew out of the state vehicle check. The caliper needed an overhaul. There are many ways to do that incl. caliper painting, but let's stay at the bottom with the least needed for the caliper to work better.
TOOLS:
- set of sockets
- ratchet big and mid
- breaker bar
- flat screw driver
- jaw vice
- hammer
- a metal piece to hammer the caliper piston out (long M8 bolt)
- vacuum tool for flushing the brakes
MATERIAL
- freezing spray for releasing rusted screws
- 600 grit sand paper
- silicone grease
- brake fluid
- paper towels
