    I was actively having a panick attack when I found this video. Heart rate was in the 130s. What a horrible feeling, dizziness, feel like I'm going to pass out. I laid on the floor, feet up the wall and listened to this. Heart rate is down to the 90s, and I feel better. So thank you

    This was the first night I have slept more than two hours at a time in months.     I suffer from panic attacks a lot, recently every day, sometimes for hours. I always think I'm having a stroke or a heart attack and as a single mom of two, this gives me even more anxiety, cause my kids only have me.     I can’t thank you enough. I’m so relaxed and have such feelings of peace I could cry. Anxiety/panic attacks started out of nowhere last week, I’ve been feeling a horrible suffocating feeling that’s been keeping me awake and in varying states of panic all day. My mother passed away unexpectedly last fall and I think all the Covid stuff has brought back the stress and pain of losing her. Went to the Dr, had all heart and lung screenings done and I’m perfectly well! Just anxiety and hyperventilating. Was expecting another horrid night when something guided me to your video. I’ve listened to many of these types of meditations and none has even come close to the profound effect you just had on me. I had visuals of floating weightless in space, surrounded by healing light. I feel normal again. My body feels fluid and all the fullness and pressure from my chest is almost 100% gone. Thank you 1,000 times over. I will be back and I will share this channel with everyone I know :)

    Day 1- My chest cleared up...breathing improved...I feel calm, relaxed, cool nd refreshed. Mind is clear...no unnecessary thoughts. Leg muscles feel relaxed. Feel light...as if some burden is lifted off

    I have tried numerous guided meditations with little effect. I woke sweating and shaking, with a full blown panic attack at 1am. Generally I cannot fall back asleep. The lack of sleep has been taking a toll on me. This video helped me fall back asleep twice! So glad to have found it. Thank-you

    I watch this video before bed every night, it helps me from getting panic attacks because I have bad anxiety and fear of death. This is hard to fall asleep because of and your video helps me a lot :)

    I was able to move past the feelings of anxiety and worry related to trauma while listening to this. This really works. I think it's important that we help and support each other when dealing with anxiety. I wish anyone who is dealing with anxiety is able to find comfort and that they allow themselves to receive love in their heart. Sometimes we give love to others and we forget to open our heart to the love of the universe and others. Thank you.

    This was so effective. I went from feeling like I was moments away from a panic attack, anxiety level 9, to feeling like I'm floating. Breathing techniques and guided meditations are such fleeting help for me. This video has taken me to a state of deep relaxation and I feel calmly aware of my own body and surroundings, rather than overwhelmed and hyperaware. If you suffer from stress or anxiety, you need to give this a go.

    I had the worst panic today we’re I had the paramedics out.....The paramedic recommended this and it’s really helped me and made me feel at ease...thankyou so much, I wouldn’t wish panic and anxiety on anyone it’s not nice at all.

    I just wanted to say “thank you so much” for not starting this video off with an ad. You really understand how some of us with anxiety need an immediate immersive experience to calm down.

    I agree.
    I have been researching for years and have tried hundreds of meditations and psychologists on you tube. plus multiple personal psychologists CBT made me worse.
    My partner and father and pet all died within a month leaving me bedridden for months.
    I had panic attacks at the thought of getting up to make a cup of tea.
    For Two weeks I've been listening every morning every night plus any time in between i feel any anxiety.
    I've listened to ever thing on you tube plus panic free TV.
    For the first time in 15 years I'm starting to have an entire day I don't feel anxious.
    It's like having a holiday.

    I have started having very frightening episodes where I can hardly breathe, where I feel my heart is about to explode, where I can't stop shaking. Even with medication I still get episodes. Listening to you calms me down. I need more of your sessions as I can only find the very first one! I feel you can get me through the bad days.

    I didn’t expect it to actually work. I never really listen to a half an hour long audios but this one really did the trick for me. It felt like i was in a state I’ve never felt. I almost felt like i was asleep but i was not. It’s just so soothing and relaxing. Thank you very much.

    This was crazy how well this worked for me. Normally I hate meditation and guided relaxation because I find I can never drift out, my thoughts always come back and keep me from relaxing fully.
    But I truly drifted out with this video, I could feel my body floating and the relaxation rushing through my body, washing over my mind. And I even had some drifting thoughts but they didn't alter my relaxation at all. At one point I noticed I couldn't feel my hands anymore, I felt so warm.
    Thank you for that experience.

    Michael, Thank you for this. I have suffered lack of self esteem for most of my life due to SA and Anger and Anxiety issues. I have recently gotten into recovery and am attending a Step study program. My therapist recommended to me this morning that I find some guided meditation videos and yours was the first one that showed up on my TH-cam inquiry. OMG, I felt waves of calmness wash over me as I listened to your voice. I was having an anxiety attack today but I am calm now. I will be listening to more of your videos.     Today I was admitted into the ER with chest pains. Luckily it wasn't a heart attack. However my fear shot my BP into dangerous levels.
    This was the only thing that calmed me down enough to be in safe levels.
    Yet I am still having chest pains.
    So, I will be here daily.
    I wanted to thank you. You saved my life today.

    When i say this is AMAZING.
    I've had this on loop for the past two hours and I feel like I'm floating. I feel so warm and calm. My whole body feels physically warm. I've dealt with horrible anxiety and I mean horrible the past few days, and I'm just now calming down. This is amazing.

    I just finished and felt like taking a nap. I did it at 9:45am. I’ve had anxiety for a few weeks now and had a panic attack last night. I started the session sitting but had to lay down because it made my body feel very relaxed. I will do it again tonight to help me sleep better.

    I have been struggling with extreme anxiety for years that has kept me from everything from building a healthy social life, to starting any sort of lasting romantic relationship, to holding down a job to even focusing on the things I love to do the most. Throughout this struggle, I have always had a lot of resistance to meditative approaches like this one, but I really feel like I could stick with this particular approach. Thank you very much

      This this was very relaxing. I was having a severe panic attack and this brought me down a bit. But I still don’t think that it’s enough how often do I listen to these videos before I can start to really feel the affects of them. I am a singer and have not been able to perform for four years due to anxiety and panic attacks.I will await your response thank you

    Woke up today with a horrible feeling like the feeling of needing to vomit and more. I suffer from panic attacks from almost nearly a year and I'm so glad I managed to find this video.     My experience: though I didn't fall asleep and though there were times when I guided myself and thought of certain images and things related to this.... I felt deep calm within my body and towards the end I felt love and deep gratitude towards myself for all that I've been through. For all parts of me. I was so grateful for Michael for this, for me, for myself and how unique I am. And together with a deep sense of just neutrality and stillness. My body didn't move even a lil yet I felt it still and felt the calmness spreading all over. Even as I type this, I'm feeling sleepy haha

    I had the worst night last night . I thought there was no way out of it . I literally stubbled upon this . I was in a state that I have never been!!’ I was so still inside , it was beautiful, beautifully scary and fully present . I fell asleep beautifully and peacefully. I cried the next morning , a happy cry . Thank you ... I found me for this short amount of time .

    In desperation, to what I truly did not understand? Grief, anxiety, panic attack or a little of all of them. I searched and found this video. It calmed my whole body. I felt a warmth all over. I truly needed to do something.

    As a 34 year old male, I've never once tried either meditation of hypnosis. I was incredibly skeptical of this, and came in with a bit of "prove it to me that it works" mentality. To be honest, I was suffering from severe anxiety/panic attack kind of episode that was so bad that I couldn't enjoy the things that I love. Out of desperation, I decided to Google meditation for severe anxiety, and that's how I found this video.
    Needless to say, I am a complete believer now. I am still in a state of calm, comfort, relaxation, positivity, love, and clear headedness like I've never felt before. I was so desperate. The way I was raised, this was the last kind of thing I would ever do, and I'm so grateful that I did. To go from completely hating myself in every way, to this way that I'm feeling now, that is simply unbelievable. I truly didn't want the video to end! I can't believe that that was even possible. You have made a believer out of me, that's for certain. Thank you so much for the work you do. I know it took so much work just to create this one video, but it genuinely saved me from a cliff. For what it's worth, I'm not someone who normally suffers from anxiety at all, but I had a very traumatic experience that I went through yesterday that was still greatly effecting me 24 hours later, and it just felt to be getting worse and worse. For what it's worth, thank you so, so much.

    I'm 63 years old and I've been very sick dealing with anxiety medicine side effects to the point I can't sleep and all kinds of thoughts enter my mind. I watched your video on the circle of anxiety and it made a ton of sense to the point I subscribed. Finding this session was a Godsend!     I had to go to work today and i started to have an anxiety attack. I went to call someone but they didnt answer and this saved me! Litteraly. I couldnt breathe or think properly. I was shaking and there was that familiar knot forming in my stomach. I could cry happy tears from gratitude and relief. Thank you so much.

    That is absolutely amazing! I had a transcendent experience I can’t explain, but it’s helped a lot with my dementophobia caused by anxiety and I feel so calm and collected now. I was suffering intense Depersonalization along with anxiety and I feel real again thank you!

    I have been under extreme stress because of college to the point of getting sick and breaking down and crying. I also have a puppy that I am trying to care for while working a job and searching for another. So the stress is very real!     I was not doing well….the mental stress over the past few weeks has infiltrated my reality and manifesting physically. I thought why not give it a shot I have nothing to lose.     I'm currently at my wits end with IBS. Exacerbated by lockdown and limiting where I can go. Panicing I can't go anywhere as will need to go.     I really enjoyed this first session. I suffered from very bad panic attacks many years ago and subsequently learnt how to overcome them and lead a normal happy life. However since retiring 2 years ago and through the pandemic I have begun to feel a constant anxiety clouding everything I do. Instead of enjoying the freedom that retirement offers I worry all the time about everything! This first session was a glimpse of how I should feel as I am very blessed with a loving family and a good life. Thank you!
