I have the xle premium and I was surprised Toyota cheaped out on the illuminated window switches. First thing I did was replaced it with one similar in the video. I think I paid about $80 on Amazon for all of them, including the rear windows switches. I will definitely get the lift gate LED lights. Thank you for the great video and the suggestions. Good work.

Adding a spare tire sub woofer made a huge difference in my sound system, huge! Changing out the speakers and adding sound deadener adhesive panels to all of the door interior skins helped with road noise and sound, wish I could do the roof easily. Changing out that stupid horn was also a great improvement, i don't cringe now when I blow the horn, it sounds like a real car not a mee meep rice burner lol Black rims along with blackout door handles go great with the emblem black outs. Adding TuxMat floor mats to the front and back gave the interior a great look and helped soften the road noise a bit. I'm not sold on the Rav4 but mine is a Hybrid so the mileage is excellent which really helps now with gas being so high. I wish the overhead console had lighting for night tine, hard to find the light switch when it's dark. Toyota made to many cheap cuts on this car, some of them should have been done for safety sake.

I love what you guys do you guys do some fantastic mods on The late model Rav4 ,s so what is next I would love to see you guys do and that is on the power meter that's on the left hand side of the dash can you switch it so where it becomes a tachometer like what you would see on a normal gas model remember we're talking about a hybrid here so if you guys can do that I think that would be the ultimate mod hopefully you guys can do it the car I now have is a 2020 hybrid limited and when you put the car in the manual mode on the transmission there's no tachometer to watch to see how high your engine is going I think this is a definite modification that Toyota themselves should have done but they did not but yet you can get the same thing on a Lexus and x hybrid and program the dash so where it becomes a tachometer but I asked about this with Toyota and they told me he couldn't be done so I think you guys can do it please get it done .

It took me 10 minutes to realize that you're in Metrotown / Central Park area! LOL Why are the links from US anyways? Do they ship for free to Vancouver? I really like the trunk light and charging pad.
My Rav4 Limited Mirror can show a back camera. It does not work well with old eyes. I did just find out my 2019 Rav can have wireless Apple Carplay instead of having to use a wire with a simple device. $^$^$% I should have known about this years ago. The built in dash cam is my favourite thing seen here. I assume it does not overload the circuit.
If you remove the matte black overlay will it damage the original emblems?

Nice video! wish it showed you how to install each one so I can decide how much work will be invovled in each item and also how to install the items property so you dont break interior panels ect. Other than that great video!!!

Agree with both of you. Outstanding video I agree Channing. However I’ve seen in-depth videos of some mod modifications and knowing my luck I could easily break a bit of plastic or a tab. I bought my RAV4 Adventure Hybrid last year. Got a tow bar and roof rack installed and matting for the front and monsoon shields.

The installation of the wireless charger does not affect the original data USB port. It does not affect Car Play or Android Auto capability. I don't use Apple Carplay, but you should not lose the ability to use it. Make sure all connectors have been reconnected.

Have you tried using your fog lights in fog? You don’t want bright light. To see better in fog you want low light. Bright light just reflects more off the water particles in the air.

The USB ports in these cars sucks. Always failing with the navigation and multimedia features.
To each his/her own, but the trunk lid lights don’t help AT ALL to light the trunk. They just light up the area outside the car. The other item is the fog lights. By installing the projector LEDs you eliminate ALL fog lighting advantages of fog lights. They need to be less powerful, scattered and yellow to cut through the fog.
Mine came with fog lights. But technology by Phillips in the last few years doesn’t require yellow. However you make valid points, George.
