I think I was 12 when I was last in Betws-y-coed, if I remember correctly it rained the whole holiday. Beautiful scenery though. Those models were amazing, the work that must have gone into making them. My late Dad would have had hours of fun playing with those trains, he had a table in one of our bedrooms with trains on. He made the models and the tracks even went out the door, across the landing and into my bedroom. You learnt to watch where you put your feet. Thanks for showing us.❤
Hi Bob and Jenny a great video and it looks like you all had an amazing time we love that part of north wales it is stunning isn’t it Victoria and I got engaged at swallow falls just outside of betwys y coed so a special place for us Love Llandudno and the Orme it’s a great experience to go up on the tramway but the views are great If you get time Conwy is worth visiting the castle is amazing and also has the smallest house in Britain! All the best to you both poppy and Tara Daniel
Thank you for reviewing my home town, the Orme in Winter is beautiful. On a clear day you can see the Lake District, the Isle of Man and Ireland. My granddaughter loves the railway museum when she visits. I sincerely hope I never take where we live for granted. Winter without the crowds is beautiful.
Betws-y-coed looks a lovely town to potter around, particularly the model train layouts, and the cafes look very welcoming too. It’s a few since we visited Llandudno, and it hasn’t changed one bit! Great video, thank you all.
Glyn did a good job of getting you all up n down the Orme 😎 The brekkie looked very nice 👍 How you getting on with the lead? I’ve always wondered about those. Em 💜
Excellent vid, as ever. I loved that visit to the model railways. It was a real memory jogger from my childhood, and something you don't see much anymore. By the way, that large engine marked "CCLR" was from the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway
Hi Bob and Jenny, loved the visit to the model railway museum. OOh your breakfasts looked very nice. The pups jackets looked very smart. Gosh we haven't been to LLandudno for years looked very nice. Lovely views out to sea. Really enjoyed the video x Julie and Tony x
What a stunning place, we e never been but I’ve put it on the list, we are interested to see how the new control panel works and if it’s better than the Sergeant one Great video both
I didnt see your visa come over my desk ,but welcome to Wales anyway, and the coed is pronounced Betws y c.o.y.d .....coyd..., merry Xmas to you both😍🥰
Not sure if that was the best advert for safe driving, front passenger with a dog in a dog bed on her lap, obviously poppy and tara in the back seat with the both of you. All around typically narrow Welsh roads and lanes.

Yes, it was very nice.
Thanks
Thank you very much
Really enjoyed this video. Llandudno is my favourite seaside town. There is so much to do and see. Take care Gill

Thank you 😊👍
One of our favorite sites that Bob jad some great weekends there yesrs ago some good walks around there 👍 nice film
We were there a week or so ago. Wales is beautiful all year round but some of those lanes are as tight as Cornwall 😂 fabulous place to visit.
Yes they are, especially through the villages.

The lead is very useful when I'm filming with Poppy, it does give you a free hand. It's useful just as a longer fixed lead too.
Absolutely gorgeous area. We were up on the Great Orme in September and couldn’t see a flippin thing 😃. So thanks for sharing this one Bob and Jenny
Yes, great views, but flippin' cold!

Oh wow, that looks interesting, still running by the looks of it.

Great video both
It is a Sargent panel. But I think it's a big improvement and worthwhile. Video later in the week.
Commentary on the Waterloo Bridge (A5, crossing the river, entry into the village) coming in a later episode? Or did you miss it?
I certainly remember recording it. Maybe I left it out.
We once had the worst fish and chips ever in Llandudno.
There are plenty of Fish N Chips places in Llandudno to choose from though.

Merry Xmas to you too!
Ha ha I love it.

They were all on clips to the seat belt.
