    40 secs of workout followed by 20 seconds rest!
    I utilized a 5ilb DB
    Circuit one:
    4 Toe Taps to Burpee
    Stiff Leg Deadlift
    Froggers
    Circuit two:
    Quick Shuffle Taps
    Lunge w/foot up
    Lying Star Raises
    Circuit three:
    Quick acrosses
    Chest Press
    Bicep Curl Step-ups
    Circuit four:
    Straddle wide to narrow
    Skull Crushers
    Pike Pushup
    Circuit five:
    UP downs
    Up, Up, Down, Down
    Side Squat w/ leg lift

    I appreciate these kinds of workouts without choreographed moved. They really get to the point without all that skipping around and traveling across the room lol.

    I actually got this stepper for my two big Labrador dogs. They use it for a step to go out their doggy door. It works great!!

    Girl! When I tell you you are going to sweat I had to wipe down my floor and my aerobics step because I almost slipped on my sweat! That's how good this workout is! I do this three times a week combined with a 30 minutes glutes workout and this is a perfect combination for me ♥️🙏 Thank you Puzzelfit!!

    I didn’t think I was going to make it through it but I kept pushing myself, despite the sweat dripping in my eyes. I know I’m going to be sore the next couple of days, especially from those squats and lunges. 😅

    Thank you! I am 6 months pregnant with my third and cancelled my beach body account bc I figured it wasn’t worth it during pregnancy. Seriously enjoying these as I can just jump a little less or go a little slower where needed. Still able to work up a good sweat! Thank you!

    I just subscribed to your channel and saved a lot of your videos in hopes of getting my pre-baby body back (I've had 3 by the way)and also from birth control messing with my hormones. I get so discouraged and I've tried so many times and failed. This time hopefully I have success because your videos look amazing for getting back right. I'm 238.6 pounds by the way and hoping to accomplish a weight loss of 80 pounds.

    Wow this workout was really challenging for me but I didn’t quit. I had to pause a few times to catch my breath but I made it to the end. I will get better I’m determined to complete this without stopping. Thanks for the great workout I’m definitely motivated.

      everyone is going to burn a different amount of calories in any workout. There are to many factors that go into calories burned... age...height...weight... temperature of the room exc..
