    Love the energy and fun all around nice and challenging. If I may add more suggestions, could you post more step workouts and also a preview before moving to the next exercise, so that we sort of have an idea of what's coming and get the moves ready before the timer goes off? And also a timer on display on the screen would be appreciated. Thanks again!🙌👏

    Not sure how anyone could give this a thumbs down... I love that this (like your other step videos) is less about ballet and more about strength, mobility, balance, ALL of it 💖🤸 my hip is sore and this helped get my "zone minutes" in and lubricate my hip, not hurt it!! Great work once again 👍 I appreciate you and your giving to all of us puzzle fitters 💗🤪

    I liked the basic format of this, although I prefer step with no floor aerobics (e.g., jacks); will have to try some of your other routines.

    Crystal, I wanted step workout and used 2 risers! You got my legs bad! The jumping onto the step and repeating single leg moves were brutal! I had a little more time so I did one of your 20 min step workout from a few years ago after this one! You wiped me out! Thank you so much for your workouts Crystal !       I don't wear any fitness gadgets. Calories burned are individual to the person. If I burn 200 calories for this workout you may burn 250 calories. It's unique on the individual.💕
