I love that there is no music in the background. Some people usually enjoy music, but i listen to my headphones as I do these exercises. This leg workout is not too tough and too easy. It is just right. I have bulged discs in my back from a car accident so my hips tend too be too tight for all those hip thrust movements. This focuses on bending knees, using your flutes, hamstrings, and stabilizing your core while uniformly keeping my upper body stacked. Love it! Love her!
I randomly came across your video and decided to try out this leg workout. My goodness! I too struggle with my leg muscle growth, and upper body developing much easier. Additionally my glutes never want to engage. Anywho- Your workout is amazing. I can squat, deadlift, split squat etc all day, and your 30 min workout left my legs and booty DEAD more so than 60-90 min at the gym. I haven’t done single leg lunges before, and I really enjoyed the constant tension on the muscles. Thank you!! Please keep making leg workouts for other sisters just like you, we got that strong leg game problem! Thank you again!!! Also, I really enjoyed your personality and working out with you!!
I was about to start bawling because I had previously spent 30 minutes on a workout that did not make me sweat ONE BIT. I was so frustrated because I always have trouble finding workouts that make me sweat and feel the burn. Luckily, the lord heard my prayers and I found this workout. Thank you so much. It's sunday morning here in Italy and it's so freaking hot and humid but I turned on the AC and I did it thoroughly and I have to say that when I was done I was dripping in sweat but sooo satisfied! Also, you are very clear and easy to follow! Definitely a new subscriber. Keep up the good work!
Honestly, I have done this workout more than a handful of times and my legs still burn. I've upped my weights now and I love this workout. An amazing job!
Research Epsom Salt baths. It’s usually 2 cups of epsom salt in a full tub of very warm (not hot hot) water. I like to soak my entire body for 30 mins (more sometimes). The plus is I lose 2 lbs of water weight afterwards, so the bath helps to get rid of bloat and pain. 😉

omg! this literally pushed me to my limit!! those lunge and curtsy combo was like the hardest most intense leg workout I ever experienced!
