- I made a video for students of my 8 week accelerator course. One student (Joe) had some trigger freeze on a double bill drill and I gave him some advice on this exercise he could do in order to help eliminate that!!

Good morning, Rob. Happy Monday to you and your family. Nice tip, and. SO TRUE.
Same to you James! And thanks for always sharing some comments on my page!!
@robepifania Good evening, Rob. Your welcome. I do my best to always like and comment on everyone's videos. I know both help out the channel
Good tip!
Thanks!!
Interesting how this publication just came out as I discovered the first joint on my index finger is how I’m trying to land onto the face of the trigger , why? I found my dot dosnt move as much as it did before discovering this when I’m trying to pull the tiger 10x as fasts as I can
Yep! It's a huge benefit when you learn how to do it!!
Thanks Rob. You got a link for those grip keepers?

I did not know these existed, thank you I think I’ll buy one with your code. A few questions about them.
How would you compare the “just the grip” model vs The ones with a trigger guard mold? Seems like Just the grub gives you more range of motion with the trigger finger since the trigger is molded plastic that doesn’t move.
I was thinking I should buy the light weight (40lb) one, as I don’t have a lot of grip strength and struggle with tendonopathy in my forearms. Do you have an experience with that light weight one?
Honestly I'd say they're equal after using a bit Rob10 will also save 10%
Also missed your weight question - I have an article in USPSA magazine about forearm health too and how to solve that!
40# would probably be just fine, he's also working on a lighter model than that as well!
Thanks man, you’re awesome. Subscribed!
What is the brand of the grip keepers or where can they be purchased? Thx for the tip.
gripkeeper.company.site/ - you can get them to your model of firearm specifically! Rob10 saves you 10% also
Thank you sir!@@robepifania
what is the "sewing machine?"
It's a drill I do for recoil control that improves your ability to shoot faster and more accurate!
It's one of the drills given in the free drill series here - www.robepifania.net/free-drill-series
Rob, what gripkeeper strength is relevant for this exercise?
Medium?
I am an A class male shooter, however my grip is naturally weak, and I guess that's should be addressed.
Should I get mid&heavy combo? What would you recommend?
I'd honestly recommend the Medium for you! I actually use the medium more than the Heavy, because I can easily hold the Medium closed and isolate the trigger finger. The Heavy I can do reasonably also but it adds a lot more tension
@robepifania awesome! I'll get meduim strength "Just The Grip" (as I want space for trigger finger movement). And will train grip separately with other tools.
Thanks for the clarification!
@@Delfinchik excellent! Rob10 should save you 10% when you order too 😁
