    I m very happy for all good advise I survived a stroke in 2022 I have many challenges of my left arm and difficult In felling that is hot or not

    I'm definitely interested in the modified constraint induced movement therapy. I tried a little bit with a previous therapist, but I want to bring it up with my current therapist

    I can't afford therapy. Told my primary care doctor about this channel. She looked ves and so do I. 3 years post stroke. ❤

    Hey, I’m a PT, and my dad has had strokes in the past, and he is bed bound at the moment. So, I’m helping him with his movements, etc. Question: How often would you do physio sessions? And would you split up your days: from upper body movements, to lower body the next day.. any feedback would be appreciated

    My hand was coming along nicely but in the last couple of months I have gotten a frozen shoulder and my hard work feels completely destroyed. It’s so stressful

    I've been using my good hand to move my bad hand and I'm trying to get either a couple 2000 or 3000 repetitions What do you think about this Repetitions everyday

      I was told that our legs are constantly being used and weightbearing.
