Actually I prefer this since I do not have to sacrifice my posture. I just have to look at the screen while writing. I do not have to curve my posture looking down.

I bought the same tablet as yours after quite a lot of research, but I couldn't use it like you do (I never really put in the time to get better at it and I was kind of disheartened by the mechanics of the whole process and my handwriting on it). ive been considering using a wacom tablet to go paperless for a while now and this video has really really helped me! very informative and i love that you actually show so many examples of how you take notes! how long did it take you to get used to this rather peculiar way of writing? where you don't immediately see the ink right beneath your pen
I'm glad it helped, thank you for watching :) I started using this tablet many many years ago so honestly I can't remember how long it took me to get used to it. I remember initially feeling weird and unsure about it but with time it became second nature. You just get used to looking at the screen and making the gestures with the pen (without actually looking at your pen) - using lined paper and zooming in really helps

You have no idea how helpful this video is! I have a MacBook and would like to get started on taking digital handwritten notes. Now I don't want to get an iPad just for that. Now I know I can get a Wacom tablet. Can you also use that in Photoshop and Indesign?
For note-taking in OneNote and MSWord, I download (or purchase from etsy) handwritten (note-taking) fonts that look like a kid or a student's handwriting, my fave free font are Gaegu and Caroni. So I type instead of writing but it still gives the effect of handwriting.

You have no idea how helpful this video is! I have a MacBook and would like to get started on taking digital handwritten notes. Now I don't want to get an iPad just for that. Now I know I can get a Wacom tablet. Can you also use that in Photoshop and Indesign?
For note-taking in OneNote and MSWord, I download (or purchase from etsy) handwritten (note-taking) fonts that look like a kid or a student's handwriting, my fave free font are Gaegu and Caroni. So I type instead of writing but it still gives the effect of handwriting.

I bought my pen tablet (Huion 640p) 2 years ago 😂. Just use it for trial and put it back to the box because I feel bit strange when using it and also no one teach me how to use one note properly with pen tablet. I am at med school too and this is exactly what i need.

Great video! I could listen to your voice all day, very soothing 😌 I myself use the wacom one purchased from PC World for £35. A great alternative to the expensive ipads etc
