35g granulated sugar
food color pink
50ml heavy cream
10g sweet condense milk
35g cake flour
■Cream mousseline
3 egg yolks
60g sugar
18g cake flour
270g milk
1/2 vanilla beans
130g unsalted buuter
30 ~ strawberries
