100g cream cheese
10g granulated sugar
50g raspberry puree
3g sheet gelatin
15ml hot water
120ml heavy cream

@@Sofialopez20255 si grenetina sin sabor,en México primero se hidrata en agua fría por un par de minutos y después se derrite al baño María o en microondas de 5 segundos en 5 ya que en México yo no la e encontrado en hojas😔

@@MA-ts9qt oh sorry just saw this! I used frozen pound cake in place of sponge (because I haven't met a sponge I haven't ruined), used a premium frozen cheesecake and cut off the crust, pressed it into my form and went from there. It was bliss and he loved it.
