Now the lawn is looking great apart from a few weeds here and there. I guess these weeds is the other from my grass seeds. This yr I deliberately didnt do any preemergent for crab grass because I didn't see any. I applied weed and feed. I add fertilizer twice since coming out of winter. Now I am preparing for the summer and thats where RGS, NeXt Aerate , Next Detach , Next Micro Greene comes in. I have already added Hydretain and. I will be working with them during the summer while cutting back on high nitrogen fertilizer . Stay tuned.

humic acid is a byproduct id organic beakdown. its a chelating agent as it serves to communicate between plant and soil. when a plant chemically asks for something, chelators will make that available.

The reason everything kept getting out of focus is you that didn’t have enough light. If you need to film in the evenings maybe pick up a couple, that should help.
Fulvic comes from humic. Fulvic is a small molecule coming from a breaking down of a larger molecule. It is considered an older molecules because it took longer to break down. You can remember this way, F is a smaller letter than H. Smaller things come from bigger things as they break down. Think of a rock. A rock will turn into a pebble eventually.

It’s a year later but the answer is no, it can be redundant and clog the sprayer. In the directions they said you can mix two at a time but I can’t recall which two.
Pete that lawn is already looking like you can do the backstroke across it. I applied the same 3 products and mine still looks like your test plot. We are getting a couple days of rain so I’m hoping to get that breakthrough soon. I’m in a stiff competition with the guy across the street from me and I can’t wait to bust his tale this year.
GCI Turf Services I sure did with the GCI Turf Academy secret sauce fertilizer, lol. I just did it on Saturday so something should be happening soon. I had to contact Matt in panic mode because I over applied the pre emergent like crazy

Hey Pete: Does Air-8 help really compacted soil? Or RGS? I'm going to put down some Humic acid this week and see if that produces any results in loosening the soil. I've heard mixed reports of gypsum so I don't know if that helps or hurts.

One question though - Can you/should you put down combinations of those products in one sprayer application or would you recommend separate applications for each product? Ben Harrison depends on how much water you are putting down with it as to how many different products you apply at once. Not sure on the aeration/Air8 deal yet. I’m still testing that.

Morning Pete, I make by own humic acid and kelp blend by buying powder form and mixing with water, I also make a special blend mixing soap and yucca, what are your thoughts on these. Does any of your bio stuff contain sodium lauryl sulfate which is basically soap???? Or yucca???
Great comment. Ive been mixing this mixture for 10 years before I found RGS. It does not have those in it but my Natural Adjuvant does have yucca as one of the ingredients

I have construction damage on crappy clay soil. I did a soil test and its basically low on everything (surprisingly the PH isnt bad). Can I spray Humic12 and RGS on the soil before/after tilling and seeding? If not, what would be the optimal way to do it?
Can you please explain how Greene Start works. I will be seeding this fall and not a single TH-camr or webpage covers, in detail, about this particular product. I’ve got the air8, rgs, and micro green, ready for purchase off the gci website but I just need one more product for the box. Considering I will be doing a renovation and then seeding in the fall, “Greene start” (hence the “start”) sounds like a product I would be using for a new lawn.
P.s I didn’t mention Humic12 because I will be ordering Anderson’s Humic DG which is pelletized/water soluble. Best of both worlds and longer shelf life.

How long will this pack last in a season Pete? Say with a yard your size. I have a spot in my yard that fescue won't grow over and inch tall. Was tilled up by a Harley rake 3 years ago. Did I mess up the soil composition in this area. ?
you should do three separate areas with the air-8 1.traditional aeration and slit seed 2.just air-8 and slit seeding 3.do everything traditional aeration plus slit seed plus air-8

Hi. Last fall, I had lawn aerated in Sept. I overseeded, and used a starter fert right afterwards,, then fertilized 1 more time with an organic fert in Nov. hey pete i have bermuda grass......been watching your channel last week i applied my pre- emergent lesco 0-0-7......love the green of your lawn........spot treated for small weeds that i noticed a few in the yard with prodiamine65 with a lil spike of bayer weed killer.........which pack would be great for me to try to get my grass looking good about 3 more weeks i was gonna throw down some fert and milorganite......this is my 2nd year in my new home by following u an lcn i topped all my neighbors who pay tru-green to spray they yards an rip them off........do i need soil pack first or should i go with bio pack? thanks for any helpful info im in GA also

Pete, One more question when comparing your grass seed to others like Scott’s, Rebel etc. why does it appear there seed only adds up to about 50% of the bag along with 50% of some fertilizer/coatings and yours is almost 100% seed ?

GCI Turf Services don’t spill your ☕️ but probably about 1 cup per 1500sf

Matt just released a video explaining why gypsum is a waste of money in all but very rare cases.

I treat my lawn like I treat my organic vegetable garden. The soil is what matters. My yard is a giant worm farm creating the best soil ever.

Just ordered my biostimulant pack here in Va. and cant wait to apply it, but also applied some pre-emergent for crab grass. Do you think that the bio-stim package with RGS and Humic is good for nitrogen hungry hop plants? I need to add some to stimulate some early growth for the hops. What is your take on that besides grass? thanks

How long will this pack last in a season Pete? Say with a yard your size. I have a spot in my yard that fescue won't grow over and inch tall. Was tilled up by a Harley rake 3 years ago. Did I mess up the soil composition in this area. ?

you should do three separate areas with the air-8 1.traditional aeration and slit seed 2.just air-8 and slit seeding 3.do everything traditional aeration plus slit seed plus air-8

HD MOVIE SOURCE 3-6 oz per 1k. Using the lower setting on the hose end sprayer until all of it has been sucked from the container.

Dwane Brinson measure off your property for 1k-2k sqft areas. Apply the product at 3-6oz with a gallon of water per 1k sqft.

What is the content of iron in the bio package? I was looking at throwing down some FAS (ferrous ammonium sulfate) as well this summer. But wondering if I will need to with using these products. Im putting rgs and air 8 down this weekend.

Hi. Last fall, I had lawn aerated in Sept. I overseeded, and used a starter fert right afterwards,, then fertilized 1 more time with an organic fert in Nov. Which of the BioStimulant Pack products should I use this spring? I don't want to overdo it on products with all I did last fall. thanks. I'm on the GCI Academy program. Used preemergant last week.

hey pete i have bermuda grass......been watching your channel last week i applied my pre- emergent lesco 0-0-7......love the green of your lawn........spot treated for small weeds that i noticed a few in the yard with prodiamine65 with a lil spike of bayer weed killer.........which pack would be great for me to try to get my grass looking good about 3 more weeks i was gonna throw down some fert and milorganite......this is my 2nd year in my new home by following u an lcn i topped all my neighbors who pay tru-green to spray they yards an rip them off........do i need soil pack first or should i go with bio pack? thanks for any helpful info

One more question when comparing your grass seed to others like Scott’s, Rebel etc. why does it appear there seed only adds up to about 50% of the bag along with 50% of some fertilizer/coatings and yours is almost 100% seed ?

Hi Pete, I am interested in purchasing the Bio Stimulate package and had a few questions. Can you mix all 4 at once and put them down at the same time? Also I'm going to aerate and seed early September should I put it down before, during or after aeration and seeding?
I would mix 2 at the time and spray then mix the other 2 and spray. You can apply them at or before or after seeding
