I used RGS on my 5-gallon houseplants and I must say OMG... RGS truly turn my plants green I didn't think it would actually work as good as it did but I used 1 oz per gallon of water and simply poured it into the pot and literally within 24 to 48 hours the plants turn green lol... Great product keep up the good work👍🏽
I discovered on my SprayersPlus 105e that if I take the in tank filter out it sprays correctly. Before even with proper shaking with filter in it would plug. That was with RGS and Humic 12 mix
Galileo7of9 it may have been some random clump in the jug. There is a inline filter in the handle with more surface area then the small disk filter. I'm also using Pete's nozzle assembly from GCI turf that does an 8' wide pattern and can cover 1000sq/ft in 31 seconds for reference.
I was hoping you may elaborate a bit on using the sprayer with your products. In one of your videos involving a sick tree, you put 2 ounces of product plus added 30oz of water into the ortho sprayer. Then you dialed it in and sprayed that over the 250 sq ft plus gave the rest to that tree. I must admit, I haven't bothered to research and learn how the ortho sprayer works at all, but then when you dilute your product in a sprayer that will further dilute your product...I just wanted to know if you had a basis to start on when determining your concentrations.
Lawncology Not sure, but I just watched a lawn care nut video which cleared up a few things and I've decided to dilute everything to 50% in the Ortho tank, then adjusting the delivery date accordingly.
Looking forward to working with your product, on my way to a better healthier lawn. We are big recycling people, we recycle everything including dog waste, we are fully solar, do so finding a company and products like this is important to us.
I have to say color me a believer. I did one of the LCN cocktails after ordering and I can see solid improvement in my bermuda in roughly 10 days. Even had to pull images on my security camera to make sure it wasn't some sort of optimistic placebo effect. I'll keep on truckin with this stuff.
Great content once again John. I've been on the Bio-Stim program since February this year when I saw LCN pitch your product. Also Pete Denny and Matt Martin have been raving about it. I just applied some Dthatch and 002last week and I want to apply again. Not only do I use them in my lawn but also garden and Hop Yard, love the micros effect. I did burn some of my front lawn in early spring with some heavy handed application of herbicides but Pete helped me out and advised on spoon feeding with RGS and Humic12. I will send you my results. Keep up the great work and knowledge
Pure gold...or green in this case. I'm currently running a 4 week cycle rotating weekly between RGS, MicroGreen & Humic12 (with a week off). My soul health is poor, but improving rapidly.
Good video and nice to know that a hose end sprayer can be used rather than my backpack sprayer. The hose end seems to be quicker. Few questions for you... Can you use the hose end sprayer for the bio that will give a color response? Meaning will it provide an even coverage to make it look even. I recall LCN saying maybe not use this for something like the fert. one. 🤷🏻♂️ Also, if I use 4oz bio/per 1,000 sf, I would put 4oz in the hose end sprayer and do 1,000 sf and then repeat for every 1,000 sf or can you get more square footage out of that sprayer?
Lawn Dad thank you for the questions! First answer, yes. It applies evenly and you will get a color response. Works for everything. 2. The hose end sprayer will hold 32 ounces so you can spray up to 8000 ft at 4 ounces
Love your products. I have the 4 pack rgs humic12 micro green air-8. Mix of your products n rain my lawn grows like crazy. What's are your thoughts on PGR for tall fescue. Want that mowed look 7 days a week. Currently mowing every 3-4 days.
good advice, the battery backpack sprayers are expensive and a pain to keep up. I am using hose end sprayer now after thrashing the Chapin ....much easier to keep clean and flowing. I did punch hole in hose end sprayer inlet screen and removed screen in 2 gal sprayer plus, cleaning out thoroughly after each use...
Really enjoying your products. I do have a question. I have a Bermuda lawn here in north Texas. We are having a pretty warm summer and I have a couple stressed out areas. What products would help. I currently have Humic, RGS, Air8 and Micro green.
I am looking to use your stimulant package as well as the new Carvon X for my fertilizer. You make it sound like there is no need for the Nitrogen (fertilizer) when using tour stimulant package??
SD Greengo nitrogen rates are greatly reduced and if you pop over to carbonearth.co you’ll see the rates that we recommended there. Nurturing the soil results In a more sustainable system that ultimately requires less N to grow healthy.
John great video,I will be ordering the bio-stimulates this week, but my question is I'm in Michigan working with KBG tall fescue and rye and it has been very hot. My grass this summer is showing either heat stress( I doubt it) or I had/have a fungus,so I guess I'm asking if I can use the RGS on my lawn now or will it add more damage? Love the channel and can't wait to use your products
Methodical2 my choice would be hose end, mainly the flexibility, but the backpack has proven effective as well. I just like how short the work is and how evenly the application gets dosed
Lawncology Thanks I've ordered the bio stim package and with the fert I have seen dense turf along with the deep green color the bermuda gives out thanks your products are benchmark!!
Any thoughts on applying RGS and HUMIC-12 to Hydrangeas ? Mine are budding not flower yet, probably will flower soon though. Any harm/thoughts on applying ? So far this year only applied some Southern AG Kelp Green Organic, and some superthrive.
I'm confused with the Ortho Hose End Sprayer settings. The settings are to adjust how much product is dilliuted per 1 gallon of water. I am having trouble converting that setting per 1000ft2.
You need to practice spraying 1000 sq ft with just water a few times and record your times. Do it at a consistent, but just as important, comfortable pace. The Ortho sprays at 2 gallons/min. The settings are for product per gallon (so double it to determine how much you're putting down per minute). Once you're putting product down, it's better to find you've been spraying a little too quickly than too slowly....not that extra will hurt anything, but so that you only put down what you intended. If you find you went too fast (because there's still product in the Ortho container) just go back over the same area and hit it again quickly to make up the difference.
Nice series of videos John. For us guys in the south I’ve been applying humic to dormant turf prior to green up and then in fall going dormant. That ok or better to apply to “green” turf?
Thanks for the information! Kinda as you said, never a bad time to apply bio stimulant with a spoon fed regimen! I love it! 6’7” have anything to do with your quick walking pace?!? Lol Thank you for the content.... your mother was dirt and your father were rocks!!!!! Lol great stuff!!
Watch your spelling in the description. I didn't know Ortho had hoes or that it was even legal outside of Nevada. As a safety precaution, best not to use around hoes. Better to use with a hose. 😜😜😜
Great video I have about 20000 sqft of turf an thinking dragging the hose around would b a pain. Would you think a 2 gallon sprayer would be more effective an then turning on the irrigation for 10 minutes
I'm very interested to see how well the yard does. This will be my third season working on the yard an I've gotta great results an got the attention of the neighborhood. Ready to set up with the "next" step 😎
2 things - I miss the “On the lawn with John” intro and please don’t tease us with the N-Ext swag before Father’s Day. My wife woulda got me all of it (just to shut me up about your products 😂). Great content per usual...can’t wait for more.
Well John, my biggest question here is not about your bio-stims, today anyway. Its when are you going to make that cool swag available on your site. Don't be teasing with mugs and decals and t-shirts when we can't get them. Now I know some of your dealers like Mr. Denny can but he doesn't have any extra. Do It!

LaRueOBR 5.56 yes, the filters are very fine. It’s much better to lose them.
LaRueOBR 5.56 do you have a picture of that nozzle?
Michael Wittchow It’s being patented so Pete likely wouldn’t want anyone to post a photo of it at this time. You can buy it on his site though.
Milan Jurich is it similar to this? www.domyown.com/chapin-4nozzle-poly-boom-67782-p-11501.html

Awesome content. Answered so many questions we’ve had come up about best ways to use the products. Thanks and looking forward to more awesome content
Wonderful video Thanks again for taking the time to do these videos simplifying explaining things relating your products and how too use them.
Looking forward to working with your product, on my way to a better healthier lawn. We are big recycling people, we recycle everything including dog waste, we are fully solar, do so finding a company and products like this is important to us.
Awesome for the diy guy to get products like this.... thanks
Loving the feedback, especially about the music. I make all that myself, it’s fun to switch it up time to time!

Does D-thatch also work well on moss answer desperately needed
Samuel Asamoah you’re better off with something like the 7-0-0-6. The iron will kill the moss
Oh really!?,cos sometimes we do iron application.
Awesome as always, im about to put down a micro green concoction on my yard this weekend
Quick note when I mentioned weight, I was referring to the weight of the 2.5 jug, not per gallon. Apologies for that.

David McCarty what is your plan on what you use when? Any type of schedule?
April 9oz humic 12, 3 oz rgs
June 3oz RGS, 6oz Micro Green.
July 6 oz micro green
Sep 6 oz air-8, 3 oz RGS
Oct 6 oz Air-8, 3oz humic, 3 oz RGS

How many bios can be mixed at one time with the ortho sprayer? @lawncology
Damn that’s scary when you said to agate it the first thing that came in my head was to call it names😂
Will the d-thatch product work on dead moss. I used a granular moss killer on several thousand square feet and now it's mostly black.
Good to know where the best place to get my product starter pack , I pay to have my yard sprayed currently but would like to add to that.

@@Lawncology Sorry...I am not seeing any recommendation on their website.
SD Greengo standard app rate is .6lbs N per thousand 150lbs of carbon X per acre

is it ok to apply the humic 12 or micro greene to dormant turf?
Is there a guide to follow when to put the product down at what time of the year and can I mix these products together and put down at same time
Finally no scary music
CC CC I did it for you
Do you suggest the Ortho hose end sprayer over a backpack type sprayer to apply these products? If so, why? Thanks...
Methodical2 my choice would be hose end, mainly the flexibility, but the backpack has proven effective as well. I just like how short the work is and how evenly the application gets dosed
Thanks for the feedback.
John what if your wanting to push growth like us here in the West Coast applying on hybrid bermuda lawns would it be something we do more often.
chris a you will get a significant amount of lateral growth on this program at label rates if you are also doing Fert. No need to double up
Lawncology Thanks I've ordered the bio stim package and with the fert I have seen dense turf along with the deep green color the bermuda gives out thanks your products are benchmark!!

Christopher Kennedy go ahead and add an ounce of each to a gallon of water and drench them.

Any suggestions for killing Bamboo?
Omg the agitate had me cracking up! Great info yet simple! Where can one get that sweet coffee/drink mug?! ;-). I'd be happy to demo one...
Yeah, I'm gonna need me one of them N-Ext coffee tumbler 😁😁
Thanks John. FYI, those sprayers are $6 at Ollies.
Thanks for the information! Kinda as you said, never a bad time to apply bio stimulant with a spoon fed regimen! I love it!
6’7” have anything to do with your quick walking pace?!? Lol
Thank you for the content.... your mother was dirt and your father were rocks!!!!! Lol great stuff!!
Loved the old music with the briefcase better
does your description really say "hoes" end sprayer? lmao love your channel man!
Dude....2 words... CHAP STICK. 🌵
Watch your spelling in the description. I didn't know Ortho had hoes or that it was even legal outside of Nevada. As a safety precaution, best not to use around hoes. Better to use with a hose. 😜😜😜

Lou Lillman back pack sprayers are just fine and yes, you can totally do that

Agitation by dissing it lol, 💀
