I honestly feel more comfortable going to a gym like Planet Fitness rather than a more “professional” gym. There are usually more people and in a way that’s better if you are more introverted. So many people you can kind of get lost in the crowd. Which I am perfectly happy with. Also there are always staff members on which makes me feel more comfortable. Great video, love the cozy recipe.

It’s great too that it seems like it can be done from home? May I ask, alongside this new way of working out, are you also increasing your energy intake to grow more muscle? If yes/no, would love if whenever you launch this type of workout if it could be accompanied with a meal plan would be awesome xx

Truly value the reassurance that weight training is scary and takes consistency to get right. I've set a workout space at home to get myself on this journey, and don't want to go to a gym. My reasons are different than yours, being what if people laugh at me for not using the machines properly...😂... in an age where everyone has a cellphone and can make a quick meme of someone's mishaps - freaks me out! 🙈
It is good to hear that you had to build up your body first before you started focusing on gaining muscle. I guess the important first step is to just start moving.
Think the main problem is the cost of healthy foods unfortunately, and even worse the lifespan. I normally do my shopping on Saturdays but by Wednesday certain veggies and fruits already start going bad before I even get a chance to use the item and I'm throwing it away. It frustrates me to no end. Or certain items I wish there were smaller sizes/portions so I can actually finish the product before it expires.
