In winters it's easy to look good in hoodies but in summers its difficult to find the right options that will keep you comfortable but also elegant. You always look so put together and beautiful. ❤❤

I’ve been unmotivated to lift weights in the past month too. Honestly just the thought of lifting 6kg made me throw up. So I listened to my body and only used light weights and did Pilates only. Hi Saane, My Dog would see a Vet Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. They can help his strength and anxiety. His overall health. Mine even makes house calls. Make sure there a Veterinarian that is certified for acupuncture and chiropractic.😊❤️❤️❤️

Hi Sanne, if your dog is ok in a jeep but not in the tesla, maybe its about the way the vehicle feels while in motion? I wonder if he can "feel" the motion in the jeepso his brain is less confused. Whereas, I imagine in the tesla, the motion of the car, or the inertia, gives off less vibrational energy, so body does not feel motion but his eyes perceive contradictory information by seeing motion? A theory that came to mind... I can get car sick easily when I am a passenger and imagine I too would not like to be a passenger in a tesla.
The demotivating is real! I have seen my body is holding on to fat in my belly, meanwhile my arms and legs are smiling down (and my face as well)! I’m not sure what to do except for keep up with the Pilates 2-3 days a week 😣 Ask for the pre-post workout, I agree… why make it so complicated with macros like every bodybuilder does, right? 🤣

I’ve noticed that with my dog too. She will get so anxious and throw up in an electric car but not a gas one.
