Been doing this exercise for almost a year and it helps me in losing weight, manage my BP and feel energized! It’s easy to stick to this 15minute routine since having toddlers at home is very distracting. Thanks God I found this channel.

Pasta and white rice. Watch your nutritions more instead of calories and combined with light cardio, you will definitely see results!! Good luck achieving your goals 💘
@@a_str1d you can still lose weight by stuffing yourself with oils and carbs, which is ofc not healthy, but it is important to say that you simply need to eat less than you burn, so basically eating in a calories deficit. Avoiding carbs and oils centered foods won't necesarrily make you lose kgs, it's the calories that really count. Plus, limiting carbs and oils can have a negative effect on your mood and energy, leaving you exhausted and unhappy /:

Normally I don't like repeats, but it was actually nice to track how I was improving my posture and speed as the workout progressed. Thank you, this was fun!❤
This was exactly what I needed!, I broke my knee cap 6 months ago and have been pretty laid up with the healing process, I was worried I wouldn't make it through due to knee pain, but I made it! feels good to get back into working out. Slowly but surely! will definitely be doing it again and checking out the other videos!
If you find this! Just know you can pause and give yourself 3 minutes break here and there and get back to it. You can also modify by not squatting all the way down if it feels intense. Let’s keep building endurance little by little.

Love these no jumping low impact hiit workouts!!! On cardio days I dance for the first half of my session, then I like to finish off with a hiit workout. I’m usually already a little fatigued by the second half of my session so this kind of content is great! Keep it up!

I love this low impact workout. Even though it's low impact, I started to lightweight sweat, and it's a great video to start getting back into fitness after recovering from a Hip Disalignment.

MrandMrsMuscle I’m so happy to hear that because I have chronic migraines. So when I do too much and/or get up and down too much, it triggers pain for me as well as severe dizziness. But I still want to lose weight and get in shape.

This workout was amazing! I will doing this every single day. As a swimmer this is perfect for me. Not too much and not too little. I was sweating my butt off hehe.
..I'm not sure if people have faced this...but i think some how I stretched my foot in a bad way...and my mom thinks I stretched a nerve....and it sounds so scary..if I put my foot in a few specific positions I have a sharp pain in one spot and now I can't do any high impact things. But this workout was sooo helpful thank you sooo much🥺😁💞💞
Don’t be so hard on yourself Asma ❤️half way is awesome!! Just remember something is always better then nothing and your effort counts. Next time even if you do one exercise more then the last time it’s progress. Aim for a small progression each time and you will get there ❤️ keep going hun and you will strengthen in all areas x

Love this complex: it’s just short enough, the exercises allow for plenty of modifications and the music doesn’t get old thacks
