This workout is an example of why you, Mr. and Mrs. Muscle, are simply one of the best around. I could feel my entire midsection working, and even got some cardio in there too. Amazing! Could you both possibly produce more workouts that are 15 to 25 minutes long? I feel that length would be the sweet spot [Not too long, not too short] for your super-effective workouts. I’m already fit, but I noticed my waist getting wider from working certain a muscles too much maybe. Switched to this and my waist went back to ⌛️ thanks!

One question: I'd like to do the side reach jacks (02:15) without the modification. But when I try these movements, I can only replicate them by jumping up a lot, not just "skipping" like what I see in the video. But if I jump up so much, I can barely hold it for 45 seconds, plus I don't think it's the right way to do... Any tips on how I could do this better - meaning without the modification but also without jumping up really high, and instead just doing tiny skips like in the video?
