I stumbled across this online while searching for a better way to quit. I have been smoking for a very long time now and I am literally sick of it but I find it hard to quit. I have tried everything, from patches to nicotine gum, cold turkey and vaping. I want and need to stop more than ever before. I am so happy to have found this and Immediately after reading the article, I was very motivated to follow this process so I signed up for the webinar. I am hoping and praying this works. Good luck to everyone else who is also on this journey as well.
Thank you for enabling me to quit 1 year and 3 1/2 months ago, & thank you for your videos, because even though I'm Thrilled to have quit smoking 100%, at times, I find cigarettes "dancing through my mind" out of nowhere lol So thank you for helping me continue to stay strong with your informative videos😊❤
Dear Nasia , My life would have been so different had I known about this joker running my life 😅 Brilliant brilliant analogy! Makes unbelievable sense and actually feels so comforting to the craving mind! Thank you so much
I quit cold turkey 7 days ago.. amazingly it wasn't as hard as I thought.. the problem I have now is my sense of smell has went super man.. and that's not a good thing.. hehe. I still have cravings. But, everyday they get easier to ignore. 40 years of smoking 2 packs a day. $ 420 a month up in smoke. I feel so much better... thank you, your videos did help
Nasia you probably don't remember me but its been 1 year and 9 months since lve stopped vaping! I no longer have Facebook as lm going through social media detox so l just wanted to say thank you. Your program changed my life, especially one exercise which l still do till this day to achieve other goals and yes its working! Thank you for helping others God bless you and your team🌹
I stopped smoking 18 days back and after a gap of 16 days smoked 2 cigarettes each yesterday and day before. It's been a day and I am again on the path of no smoking.
Thank you for this video. I was feeling like a total loser just now for needing a cigarette. I've been smoking nonstop for almost 15 years. I used to smoke up to 20-30 cigarettes per day and last year i cut it down to 15. Since 2023, I'm down to 4-8 and Now - I'll be mindful about the little devil sticks and try to kick them to the curve. I've just watched the video about the 4 stages - Wish my luck, I'll need it
Sage vs Joker... I like this. Whenever my craving mind comes up with reasons I need to stop whatever I am doing and go have a smoke, I need to pause and ask myself who is managing my life choices - The Sage or The Joker?
Quitting smoking is one of the things I would rather put off tricking myself that one day I'll do it. However, i found this video and am looking forward to your upcoming webinar to finally help me quit
As easy as it seems, and is a proven quit smoking route .... The CBQ Method is still hard for some. (Myself included.) But is the method I am using for my non smoker journey. Thank you!
Beautifully explained. Loving the content of your videos and the way you put things across. I actually feel like you are communicating with my joker (nicotine monsters) more and more and I actually feel like I’m gaining enough strength and tools to hopefully quit once and for all. Keep up the great work 👌 I fully believe this method will be the only way that I will manage to stop for good. It HAS to work in fact.. cos I have tried EVERYTHING else :(
Same. What's even the point if you still have to smell it in your home and kiss an ashtray? Married to a smoker, mom, dad, friends & basically everyone I know smokes. It just seems impossible. I'll still be surrounded by it constantly even if I myself quit.
I'm sorry I speak English but I swear my head doesn't speak English so I would have to watch videos over and over again I watch action stuff but I need to watch less action and more mental because we're not really supposed to be fighting each other at all. I feel so godly when I don't smoke it like I'm breathing the whole atmosphere
Same here…56, gonna be 57 in April. Working this program helped me tremendously. It drew me into the idea that it is possible to be a non-smoker. And by the grace of God and these steps, it will happen for you. I’m living proof. ❤️
@@johnkellymcleod9072 I'm hoping. I'm tired of nicotine. I was doing 8mg of those On pouches but they make me sick to my stomach. I've tried the 4mg but I kept popping them in one after another. It's time to quit

Dear Nasia ,
My life would have been so different had I known about this joker running my life 😅
Brilliant brilliant analogy!
Makes unbelievable sense and actually feels so comforting to the craving mind!
Thank you so much
Smoking is like toxic freinds. You know they are bad for you, but you also have the desire to meet them......

if you have the stamina to quit for 7 days, you also have the stamina to limit yourself to a few cigarettes every day.
Thank you I'm crying 😢 😭 ❤️ because I needed to hear this

Instead of quitting, just remain at that level of 4-8 every day.

Amazing as always!
So very helpful!

Those that have the determination to quit also have the determination to limit themselves to 8-10 cigarettes every day.

What I have learned is that It has to be about you being a non-smoker.
Instant gratification. I also cant drink because I suffer from depression ❤😮
Take niacin vitamins B3
I had joined. Another is it okay to look at the videos for a long period of time?
Good morning
I guess you becoming cuter and cuter is also a late good aftereffect of quiting smoking. Love you Nasia! Keep up the good work!
Request you to make a video on chewing tobacco 🙏🏻

Cigarettes are so addictive I had a heart a year ago. I know if I keep smoking I'm going to die young. I'm 56 years old soon to be 57 in april
