Going on day 10 without a cigarette and I feel so much better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Your channel has been a big help. Keep up the inspirational videos.
Trying hard. Had a relapse for a day last week due to stress caused by a toxic friend. Started my joutney again the next day finally and decided to get rid of the toxic friend.
This video is timely for me...and I'm glad to say that you've convinced me not to have a cigarette. At least this time. It's been over 11 weeks... but I'm not feeling any better. I'm just remembering how much better I felt when I was a smoker.
Hi, Chris glad to see you again. I quit smoking for 4 months last 0ct. 7, 2022 and started smoking again for 6 months again till 8:15 tonight, I had my last cigarette. This is my day 1 quit smoking. You're right I don't need that cigarette. I've been smoking off and on since I was 19 yo. I'm 60 now. I just pray to God it's not too late. I was diagnosed with lung riticulation enlargement interstitial lung disease last. March 31, 2023. I was able to quit smoking last time from watching most of your quit smoking videos. I still have to see a pulmonary doctor on June 7, to discuss my progressing disease. I hope I won't be needing surgery. Thank you very much for all your videos I've watched in the past. It was very helpful and I just have to watch it over again while quitting again. Please pray for me too. Thank you.
Do you make videos still!?!? I am 3 yrs 337 days nicotine free! I couldn’t do it till I found you! You have forever changed my life and I want you to know how grateful I am! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I've been trying to quit. I was on Chantix, and I could avoid the nausea by eating bread right before and after taking a pill. What killed my relationship with it is the awful, constant hunger it caused. This video, though, reminds me of some ways to make quitting easier on myself by doing things I used to do to cope with stress the way I did before I became a smoker. Thanks for all your videos, Chris, especially this one.
I quit 1 21 21, and yesterday I broke with a cigar, as it wasn't a Cigarette - my problem is the pressure in my head like a bad allergy head cold - and was it an allergy or a Nic fit - I smoked the cigar, and it went away :( I was hoping it was an Allergy head cold…but today a half a cigar and was about the light up and "You don't Need that Cigarette" vid popped up …so thanks :-)
Day 4 Chris having had around 5 attempts in 2 weeks of a relapse. I remembered you told me I can nail my quit on the fb page. Thank you for your videos and book 🦋💜
@@ChrisSkoyles DAY 6 begins. Just listening to your latest video. Feeling very grateful for another opportunity to be free again. 🙏🏾one moment at a time :) Thank you for inspiring me further this time
I had a bad cold with a congestion I haven't smoked all week I thought I really want one and need one so I finally had a cigarette not fully recovered still mucus in my lungs. I couldn't even smoke the whole cigarette it tastes so bad I tried to force myself to smoke it but I ended up throwing it out. I used to smoke when I was sick for some reason this time is very different I think I'm finally done
The Amazon links on this post for your book don't work. The book link to your website is also outdated (still easy to find it, but maybe update your link). Also, these links do not appear on your older videos. I took the trouble to seek them out on your new videos. Other potential customers might not. Not moaning - I mean this to be constructive criticism. I'm going to buy your book!
I do try to remember when I was never a smoker. I used to look at smokers and be disgusted or be judgmental. Then I became one. Now I ask myself. Hiw the f### did this happen to me?

Very welcome :) Yep, there's a million and one ways to cope with cigarettes without smoking. Hope you rediscover/discover some of your favourites :)
Remember that once upon a time, you were a non-smoker. Meditate on that before going to bed each night, and take a deep breathe of fresh air.
Thanks Chris, on day 8 and it's going well. Feel so much better already :)

Just take valium if stressed better than a ciggie thanks Chris I sure love your videos
Not really the advice to be giving people is it? Think about it. Smoking doesn’t calm stress anyway.
