Mine is my 3 kids. One teenager I don't want to start and two small kids I need to be more active with them and smoking takes a lot of time out of my day cause before I had kids that's how I filled my time. That's still a challenge cause I want to use smoking as a way to escape the chaos of family life with smoking and use that as a way to keep the kids away. I have no friends and I hate most people cause they are stupid so I don't have anyway to really give myself space with a smoking.
I struggle everyday cause my wife is a heavy smokers like I was and I can't get her to quit too. So I find this big distance between my wife and I. She is supportive of my stopping but she spends all her time not working sitting outside smoking and I want to smoke when I'm outside with her. Any thoughts? Maybe a video topic?

That is my problem .the emotional reason make me smoke. it helps when I am sad or mentally full. I develop a fear on what I can so in this case without smoking. What would be the motivation in this case?
Thank you! I quit smoking after 45 years using your method. I was in the hospital for an pneumonia for 12 days and told I had COPD. Once I heard the nicotine was only 20% of the addiction I went off the patches while I was there. I did the work on the 4 stages while in the hospital. That was Dec 16 2022. Since I used your program it was not difficult this time around one I got home. I was one of those people who said "I can't quit, don't want to quit, I enjoy it so much". Truth is it was a burden and it feels so good to not want it any more. I hope it stays as doable as it is now. I am keeping motivated by watching your videos and remembering cravings are positive thoughts that cause positive feelings about smoking....like you teach. It works. Instead I think of the emotional reasons why I quit and how it would continue to damage my lungs, shorten my life, and take my money. I think about the black smoke I am inhaling and how each cigarette sets us up to want another in an hour or less. I smoked 1.5 to 2 packs a day. I'm still amazed this is working! Thank you Nasia!
Yesterday was my first year smoke free. Understanding how nicotine addiction works in your youtube channel is what kept me safe from relapsing. Thank you so so much for your amazing work and sharing it with us. I couldn’t afford the program but your videos made such a huge difference in my life. All the best to you and again, a true and grateful thank you 🙏
I did the same because of here free videos I quit I could never afford the program not that it's t much it's just I have a lot of bills to pay for anything back then I had my last cigarette last july2 on my best friends birthday with God's strength and her tapes God Bless Her
I am trying to prepare myself to quit smoking. I’m going to watch all these videos. I hope I can get the motivation to quit for good. This is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I wish I never started. I wish I knew what I know now, back then. It is completely emotional! AND that’s why it’s so hard to quit!
Thank you so much for this video. I have been smoking almost 50 yrs. and have quit four times and relapsed. Every time I quit, I lasted 4 days and lit up on the 5th day. I began studying quitting smoking by getting every book from the library and buying books from the bookstore. Out of all the information I gathered, the one thing that stuck with me was the fact that nicotine leaves the body in about 4 days and I learned that my problem is psychological dependence on smoking, which was just confirmed in your video. That is the hard nut to crack for me, but your personality and presentation has given me lots to think about and I feel encouraged to think about quitting again. You and your videos may be the only support I need to finally do it. I have always believed that cold turkey is the best way for me to do it and I never believed in all the aids available to prolong the nicotine habit. I know the psychological aspect is the most difficult for me and I am glad I came across your videos tonight.
Thank you for the video 🙂 I think a follow up video with some neurolinguistic tricks for wording our motivation flash cards would be very helpful. Thank you again ❤️ 2023 is going to be the year I free myself from this habit once and for all!
I like it. I really do! But I want to quit because I wanna see my kids grow up and be successful and share in their lives as they grow older. I'm also a fitness nut. Smoking doesn't compliment my desire to be a person of fitness and we'll being. I'm glad I found your channel!
Hey thank you so much for your videos but I need more lol I've been starting my day with your videos but I need new videos maybe redo some of your older videos. How about a video about quitting smoking while living or married to a smoker? Or quitting smoking while having a family of smokers?
Every Word is True, Mam Please suggest me a video for the urge I feel after 5 hours of no smoke which makes me very weak, my thinking ability decreases and I can't perform any task which makes me light up again.
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds overnight. I struggled with diets and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 pounds all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy and lost my retirement. I developed severe sleep apnea and became a borderline diabetic. But when women rejected me for being fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day. So far, I've only lost about 12 pounds, but I think if I smoke for another 2 or 3 years, my weight will come down again. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I would have never quit smoking the first time. To top it off, it was very tough to do. I'd rather get cancer of emphysema any day, than have to live a life all big and fat
What if we don't find the emotional reason to quit? I'm at 60+ days off of it, but i guess i went on for the logical reasons. I had no cravings that were utterly unbearable (10 years of smoke, heavier in the latter 5 months), but the lack of emotional reasons appear to be whats haunting me to taking it up again, which i've been thinking about more lately...
@@CBQMethod I've quit smoking because the pack was empty and I've said in my heart this is the time that I finally quit smoking only to find myself with another pack in my hand before the days out
Hypnosis is insufficient when it comes to quitting smoking because it does not train the mind. Also, we can't change what we're not aware of and hypnosis does not make us aware of our craving thoughts, emotional triggers and patterns. It doesn't hurt though.
Well, nobody said the pack finishing is a reason equal to health, etc. It's more of an "opportunity" or boost in motivation. Perhaps you can watch the video again. In any case, no need to get upset, take from the video whatever is beneficial to you.
Thanks for your words of getting back to the original mindset, and refueling, very helpful. I am pretty determined but I know more motivation and focus equals a less painful experience so thanks for that. I want to keeplooking forward and not back. 🫨

I’m pretty committed but it’s been 6 weeks. I’m starting to think I’m craving a drink and confusing it with wanting a cigarette.

Funny how we believe in never again when we are motivated refueling is the answer but only before relapse so yes prepare.
