By far the best protein cookie dough on TH-cam. Believe me I’ve tried plenty lol. A bit high on the caloric side, but I just made it, and personally I was satisfied after eating about 1/4 of the total recipe. Put the rest in the fridge for when my sweet tooth strikes tomorrow! I can already tell your other recipes are going to be delicious as well, so stoked I found this channel!
If you are going to pasteurize your eggs and heat your flour make sure you give it 30 minutes to cool back down before making the rest of the batter. I learned this during the OG cookie dough video.
If he mentioned the calories in the video I missed it, but I tried to calculate them myself to see if this was a recipe I was gonna try. Using myfitness pal & the web for the calorie numbers from the protein: 80g of AP flour= 277 Kcal. 21g of butter= 155 Kcal. 2 servings of PEScience Gourmet Vanilla 2 x 116 Kcal = 232 Kcal. 2 eggs 2 x 66 Kcal= 112 Kcal. 1 egg white 17 Kcal. So that comes to a total of 793 Kcal for what appears to be one serving of cookie dough. I understand what for one person might be a high calorie meal, might be a low calorie meal for another. I am trying to lose weight at the moment and just under 800 calories for what is basicly a snack is too high for me, but hey if you are bulking and have a high metabolism, this might be a good additon to your diet.
I used this several times to lose weight and is half the calories of regular cookie dough, but if you are looking for high volume, low calorie dense food this isnt it. Totally understandable
he put it at the end. and a whole container of cookie dough is kinda a lot but even if you eat the whole thing of the peanut butter one its almost a 10:1 calorie to protein ratio which is really good.
If you want a better one just do what i do and mix nonfat greek yogurt and some sweetener with peanut butter powder. Dip in some cut up apples and its absolutely delicious, thick as hell, rich, and much lower calorie.
Decided to make this last night and it didn’t disappoint. Finally got to try it and I’m blown away with how good this is way better than eating a protein bar. Great job thanks for sharing.

For some reason, I hadn't made this since I made the original a year ago or so. I won't be making that mistake again. These are absolute fire! Came together in 10 minutes, and tastes off-the-charts amazing. My wife, who usually hates protein-based recipes, even enjoyed this. I made the chocolate chip, but didn't have chocolate chips on hand so I mixed in some Oreo crumbs, and have been snacking on this all day. I even tried to mix it into my nightly Creami, though that didn't come out very well IMO, curious how you'll do that. (It mixed too much with the ice cream so wasn't even visible in the end product.) The only thing I'd change is that I used a protein powder that isn't quite as good as PEScience, still waiting for a shipment from them to arrive with a batch of powders. Love this recipe so much! I even tried to mix it into my nightly Creami, though that didn't come out very well IMO, curious how you'll do that. (It mixed too much with the ice cream so wasn't even visible in the end product.)
The only thing I'd change is that I used a protein powder that isn't quite as good as PEScience, still waiting for a shipment from them to arrive with a batch of powders.
Love this recipe so much! Will be making it again every time it runs out, I think! :)
I made this in to Ninja Creami ice cream and it tasted great! Probably best mouthfeel I've gotten from a Creami pint.
30g Almond flour
35g Vanilla Casein
21g Butter
2 Whole Eggs
4.2g Vanilla Extract
35g Erythritol (+few drops of Myprotein Butter Biscuit Flavdrops)
1/8 tsp Xanthan + 1/8 Guar gum
Almond milk to the line
Sorbet setting, knife trick and 2 re-spins
20g Cacao nibs after mixing
Love your recipes, your Oreo mcflurry was an absolute game changer! I was wondering how I could make your anabolic cookie dough recipe into an anabolic sugar cookie dough recipe? Do have any ideas on how I should go about this? I've been craving the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough for a while now and haven't found a recipe yet. Appreciate any help.
My cookie dough is coming out much dryer than yours, but I'm following your ingredients to the T. Any suggestions about what the issue could be and what I could do differently?
How long do these stay good for in the fridge? Thanks for the amazing recipes brother!
I just cook the flour and wash the egg shell and call it good if I make my own but if I’m eating Store cookie dough I just eat it I’ve eaten enough cookie dough and batter over the years and haven’t gotten sick. Sometimes I don’t even wash the egg if there is a recall I just make sure it’s not my brand but that haven’t happened in a LONG time
I can’t wait to try these
i legit don't understand how you only have this many subs. your content is very good.
Thank you Logan!!
Hey Nick , I'm on the road , so what grams would egg beaters be? Not wanting to buy eggs right now. Thanks in advance
Dude great flavor .... BTW Going to Flavor Town was classic.. love your videos.
Thank you!!! Flavor Town is where I wanna live
Good job, really great idea
Anyone know the macros ?
What chocolate chips did you use? Looks like Tollhouse from the second look we get but are they semi sweet, milk, dark? Only asking because I want the macros to be the same as what you calculated so I need to use exactly what you use. Thanks! :)
What is the macros?
How many calories??
Can I bake the cookie dough if I want?
This might be a dumb question but can you bake these into regular chocolate chip cookies?
Stupid question but if we wanted to bake the dough into actual cookies what would you recommend? Set the oven to 350F for 7-9min or until golden brown?
The cookies will be awful
@@Exercise4CheatMeals I appreciate the honesty 🤣
@@Exercise4CheatMealswhy would the cookies be bad? I need a chocolate chip cookie recipe so bad… I keep eating chipwich ice cream sandwiches every night and it’s ruining my diet 😂
0:48 dont worry buddy. You're a bears fan, we know you like to live life on the edge. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Man I love Urethratol. My favorite sweetener.
Bruhh your urethra is the hole where your urine comes out of (where you peepee comes out from) 😂
Erythritol is a sugar substitute sweetener that nick uses in the recipe.
Pasteurizing your eggs is easy to do in bulk with a sous vide, 135F for 75 minutes. Also, if any of the eggs are tiled with the big end up when you put them in, it means they're rotten.
only if they float are they rotten
@@libertybelllocks7476 No, you'll be able to taste the difference; the more buoyant, the worse the taste.
@@kazwalker764 NO, you said they are rotten. They are not rotten until they float.
DOnt move the goalposts now cuck. No one said anything about taste you dumbfk
can i bake with it if i add flour?
How many servings does each batch make? Great work again bro
About 6.34. Each batch is about 380g.
is there any replacement for sweetener
What happens if i use only whey? Casein is very expensive
I watched all your original cookie dough videos. I'm absolutely ashamed that I haven't made any yet.
Thats okay!! Its never too late
i wonder if this protein cookie dough will bake up into cookies too
It will, but they will taste dry and make u choke.
I use to make these with birthday cake extract it was really good you should try it
I have a birthday cake dough as well! Love cake batter extract
Does the cookbook include macros too for each recipe?
I know you have other vids on it, but still surprised that Oreo cookie dough didn’t get a mention
Did the math - here are the calories for each recipe (keep in mind they might be slightly diff for you depending on what brands of specific items you use or if you substitute AP flour for lower calorie alternative)
Chocolate chip (base): 842 cals
* W/ semi sweet choc chips: 955 cals
* Snickerdoodle: 970 cals
* PB: 1088 cals
My chocolate chip came out to a bit more at about 950 however my chocolate chips were a bit higher in calorie and i used a couple more and i didnt have unsalted butter on hand.
Why not just bake this into cookies (possibly with Konjac, applesauce or yoghurt if the whey causes the cookie to dry-out)?
Anyone tried this (or E4C you ever baked this)?
Did you bake it? Curious how it turns out. I need a good chocolate chip cookie recipe
snickerdoodles are my jam ill have to give them a shot. loved the chocolate chip one from a while back and the PB wasnt bad either
If you loved snickerdoodle I think you might like it more than the CC. LMK when you try it out!!
Amazing, Definitely gives me inspiration for my next recipe 😄
Lmk what you end up making
Okay, what if i dont want to use protein? There an alternative recipe without protein powder
Can substitute AP flour with oat flour?
I never tried, but I am sure you could
Might you try making vegan and gluten-free versions of these recipes?
why is it better to use casein instead of whey protein
What is "AP" Flour? Is this recipe low carb?
All purpose. And no not low carb per se, but alot lower carb than regular cookie dough
@Exercise4CheatMeals have you tried it with a low carb flour or maybe could you?
Hey man is it necessary to use AP flour or whole wheat flour will work?
Whole wheat will work, but may give it a different taste. Its like having white bread vs whole wheat bread if that makes sense.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals thanks man. I'll surely give it a try
