I am morbidly obese, and your content has inspired me so much. I want to be a thicc muscle mommy too!!!🥺 I've spent this week working out hard and tracking my macros and all of that and it's seriously, 100% thanks to you!! Thank youuuuu!!!
I don't usually comment on fitness influencers videos but I just want to say Patty feels more like a friend that happens to be advanced in fitness that very gently shares tips and tricks in either lifting, stretching or food in a good humor natured way over facetime
something that satisfies my chocolate cravings is chocolate pudding, made with cocoa powder, avocado, and your choice of sweetner. sometimes i use honey, sometimes stevia, both come out great.
You have to love the humor involved in her videos. The sound effects; just everything was well coordinated. Feels like she is just having a conversation with a friend via FaceTime and not with an entire audience. Love her videos! ❤
Also, pro tip on the rice Krispies: brown the butter before adding the marshmallows and then sprinkle a little sea salt on the top after putting it in the container to cool.
hi Patty, i just wanted to tell you that you’re such an inspiration to me. i’m a small girl who’s struggled with eating for a long time; i was always so focused on being as skinny, but after finding your content i’ve started working out a lot and wanted to be stronger. i feel so much better mentally and physically and the results even after a couple of weeks are so rewarding. thanks so much :)
I don't see myself making these recipes any time soon due to financial matters, but I just keep watching her recipe videos because of how relatable and funny she is
I have to admit that I still can't believe how much enthusiasm does she put into doing single thing in the video, if she lives like this even off screen the life must be wonderfull.
I feel like Patty is the type of editor that laughs or at least giggles a few times when adding sound effects 😂 And even repeat the bit because she thinks it's that funny. Anyway, love the content!
Hold up?! I just realized you crossed one million subscribers... and you just started the channel not that long ago! INSANE! You deserve it for sure. Keep growing Patty! :)
I've found that it is important to indulge your sweet tooth now and again. The more you deprive yourself the more your going to crave them. Making healthy alternatives are a great way to help limit the "bad" effects. Thanks for sharing.
well yeah let's face it, it's difficult to get in that shape as a natural male with higher levels of testosterone, so it's quite the achievement to be in that shape for a lady, although of course there's girls much stronger but maybe not what you're thinking off.
For the cookies you can sub out the egg for a flax egg (basically just add more flax + some water to let it thicken) if you don’t have any or if they’re too expensive!
For anyone allergic to or avoiding eggs: There are egg replacers that exist. Right now I'm using "Ener G egg replacer", basically it has different types of starches in it that will react to water and make recipes puff up the way an egg would make them. It's really useful, it's completely vegan friendly as well as soy free, nut free, and dairy free. I use it for all of my cookie recipes and it works great!
Patty is defo one of the main tings inspiring me to work out, and it just struck me that she makes me think of like, AU swole Jenna Marbles with the shitlord memester, yet wholesome af vibe and I just live for it 😭💅🏻
I know this is an old video but man I love your recipe videos, I feel like I have no clue where to start on my fitness/ weightloss journey and these are so helpful. I ear pretty well for most meals and then find myself craving sweet things which I think ruin my progress to this is amazing!
6:01 definitely not wrong about the fork mixing thing, two forks together is actually known to be a makeshift whisk when one isnt available and just rubberband the handle ends together and put the top of the forks facing each other. The protein puppy chow thing you made is pretty awesome
love you so much Patty, thanks for always being so real, funny and helpful. The only fitness influencer I trust 100%. Keep doing what you're doing cause you're absolutely killing it. Completly binge watched all ur vids last week! love from Switzerland💕
HEYY PATTY! your food related vids (esp these that are related to ''alternatives'' and ''recipes'') are truly my favourite ones (all are good and entertaining though!) especially as a female 15 year old trying to body build while recovering from an ed. Thank you so much for this! I'll make sure to keep my eyes peeled for more like this and other videos you want to post! Much love as always
Puppy chow has been my favorite sweet treat for pretty much since I've been on solid foods....but I'm telling you it is 1000 times better straight from the freezer🤤
Patty is hands down my favorite TH-camr / influencer. She's funny, creative, and inspires me to be healthier. I inspire to be just like her one day. She makes being healthy look so fun, which is a huge bonus. MY IDOL!!!
Those look like great recipes and I enjoy watching Patty as she is much more down to earth than some of the other influencers out there. I am going to try the mug cake for before workout meal - it has everything I need.
You have a great way of making it enjoyable to be healthier and happier. Your attitude is positive and fun while you show obtainable solutions to making real progress on people’s lives towards health, mental happiness, and growth. I appreciate you.
Awesome video as always! Might want to use parchment paper instead of wax for the oven, my roommate thought they were the same thing, and when baking cookies he set off the fire alarm from the smoke from the wax...
So sometimes a fork is a better utensil for mixing stuff (especially powders) it does a similar job to a whisk. If you're making a meringue you're better off with a whisk as it incorporates the air into the batter faster. Also with the chocolate drizzle for the cookies; I'd recommend adding another spoon of oil to get a more liquid- like consistency and dipping the end of a fork to get that thin drizzle
You are my inspiration patty. Gaining a lot of muscle is very important to me and your channel is informative but also chill to watch. Next year i hope i can come back and read this comment and think about how far i have come.
I love how patty add to many memz in her video, its like brilliant dish you know, 1 spoon of generous petty, 2 spoon of memz and 5 spoon of chill and kind vibes equals same as usual great content and my like 👍❤️

Chef Patty with the great recipes. I like these recipe videos personally I like cooking myself. I definitely going to try one of these recipes. Need more protein in my life. And yes using a fork for mixing is way better.
Came back just to say I have been making the puppy chow constantly over the past 3 weeks and it slaps so much! I’ve also started eating a little bit of it in milk like regular cereal, so good
5:43 I know it's unlikely you'll see this after all this time but Patty You are correct, a fork is the closest you can get to a whisk when using cutlery and whisks are the baking mixing tool of choice for a reason, spoon mixing is a nightmare and takes much longer.
Honestly, you’re amazing for this I always have a sweet tooth and lately I’ve been limiting myself to one sweet item a day just so I can handle that need. I’d like healthier alternatives tho so I won’t need to have that candy bar, milkshake or etc. If it taste the same and it’s good to me I love that idea. You’re a GOAT patty.
If I get a sweet tooth I get a big date or 2, stuff them with pumpkin seeds and eat it on a square or 2 of dark (80 or 90%) chocolate squares. SOMETIMES a shmear of peanut butter (trying to stay between 1200 and 1500 calories right now). I eat it cold, room temp, or melt it just a tad in the microwave just to soften chocolate. But if you microwave a little longer it gives the dates a chewy texture that sometimes is nice. Reminds me of glossette raisins or fruit and it chocolate bar.
I’ve recently become a fan and I gotta say, as a trans fem person, Patty you make me feel like I can be a lot more comfortable in my body and you’re inspiring me to become active again. 💙
My mom used to make rice crispy treats with pb and they were SO GOOOD I imagine a hybrid of your recipe and pb (plus hemp seeds bc I throw those bad boys into everything lol) would BE FIREEE and have an even bigger protein boost 🤌 I will definitely be making some of these snacks B)) thanks for the inspo >:)
(a silly comment)❤😋 You really can't beat protein powder when it comes to versatility/convenience. You can add it to almost every baked food (bread, cake, brownies, cookies), pancakes/waffles, a bowl of oats or a smoothie, or even just a bowl of cereal. The puppy chow and rice krispy treats were unexpected ngl. Props to you for picking some actual treats to make. Also, those cookies are surprisingly high in protein even though it doesn't seem like it, like dang (25%).
@@cedar4539 Not at all; Cysteine is a hugely beneficial essential amino acid, and it's very good for your liver function, specifically if you drink any alcohol (it serves a major role in the step of metabolism that helps your liver turn acetaldehyde into acetic acid which is the "recovery" stage following a hangover). Protein powder isn't hard on your system whatsoever. Everyone knows real food is better than powder, but protein powder itself doesn't have any negative effects on healthy, normal, people. It's a good idea to drink extra water with any/all supplements (protein included) but taking protein powder isn't not bad for your liver/kidneys etc... per se.
I loved this 😂 I don’t eat a lot of desserts or snacks, but when I DO want something, it’s nice to know I can make more macro friendly options instead of grabbing a premade sugar packed store version
Thank you for showing high calorie snacks! So much of the snacks/meals I see are low calorie which sucks for people who are recovering from an ED and need calorie dense foods to get by. 💛
Good afternoon Patty. Those high protein rice krispie treats look absolutely delicious, especially when they're baked to perfection, as you've done here. I'm definitely going to give them a try., 😉😉
I love these protein Patty episodes. I’m going to go eat a bunch of protein now , workout like a mad gorilla, go out to a movie, take my shirt off, and somebody’s gonna end up pregnant!
I’ve been modifying sweets into “lactation sweets” since I’m breastfeeding, so I pretty much add flax, oats, and brewers yeast to everything. My best recipe yet has been no bake cookies! I think it would be easy to add protein powder to it too.
You make me feel comfortable with cooking. I usually feel overwhelmed when I watch other influencers film recipes. This is more relatable if that makes sense.
Pro tip: use a spatula for getting the remaining parts of a peanut butter jar unless you prefer fisting it. And those cookies look bomb. Definitely going to give them a try.
16:40 this is a really important reminder. For those who eat poorly and need to lose weight, start out by just reducing how much you eat of your current diet. If you’ve been at the same weight for a long time, then you may only need to cut a couple hundred calories a day to see some change in a week or two. Then, once you’ve gotten used to tracking and eating less, start cooking more or at least eating healthier options. If you’ve never cooked, find a video on something like just a basic chicken breast or steak. Try it out. Try different seasonings and side veggies. High protein meats and quality veggies are much more filling than fried food and breads so you may find you can’t even eat the same amount of calories while eating cleaner, increasing your caloric deficit. I’m approaching 30 lbs down since March. I did similar to this, but also worked with a trainer to get a good exercise routine going, and guidance for the amount of protein and such.
2:09 make yourself a double broiler. Boil some water put those ingredients in a glass bowl on the pot but without the bowl touching the water and mix. Way better and you won't burn your ganache.
For most of these treats, I use a metal bowl for mixing and I preheat it in the oven for a bit (145° - 170°). Makes it so much easier to coat your cereals.
no one ever tells you that building muscle isnt actually the hardest bit about bodybuilding its the recovery and the eating habits that are. building muscle is about knowing when to quit so you dont over do it and end up bedridden for two days. its about eating three meals a day and trying not to worry about "getting fat" just because the numbers on the scale are going up. its hard eating three meals a day especially when you are just suddenly transitioning from barely eating one but to whoever is reading this...keep going we are all getting better every day.

Can’t wait to make all of these!! Ty!!
no one ever tells you that building muscle isnt actually the hardest bit about bodybuilding its the recovery and the eating habits that are. building muscle is about knowing when to quit so you dont over do it and end up bedridden for two days. its about eating three meals a day and trying not to worry about "getting fat" just because the numbers on the scale are going up. its hard eating three meals a day especially when you are just suddenly transitioning from barely eating one but to whoever is reading this...keep going we are all getting better every day.
“Don’t forget to give yourself a treat, cause you’ve been working hard” + that soundtrack, ooooh god😂
These snacks are a game-changer for anyone trying to lose weight without feeling deprived
